Dealt with an excellent technician called Ronan who called out very late at night to allow me get back into my apartment after I was locked out.

Excellent service. Locked myself out of the house and had a call out within 40 minutes and job sorted in 5 minutes by Janis C, who was very courteous. Efficient and polite.

A late night fault in our front door’s closing mechanism rendered the door unusable in stuck closed. Nothing was going to get it open!
From the first call I felt looked after. I was given a time to expect someone to arrive; he was delayed but I was updated on the time.
Getting the door open was a major task and it then required a parts that had to be collected from Dublin City Centre. Ronan did the job without a grumble, collects parts and at 2am it was a relief to be able to close and lock the front door when he left.
The job was done efficiently, without a grumble and ata a fair price.
Thanks to all I spoke to and especially to Ronan for your perseverance on one very stubborn door!

Had an emergency on Sun 5 November. Rang at 8am and someone came an hour later I was sorted in a very short time. Excellent service highly recommend this company and Paul the locksmith who called.

Exxellent service from Dyno Lock, I had a broken button on the key fob.
I received a text from Ramos within 10 minutes of reporting the issue. He called within the hour and replaced the key within 30 minutes.
I would use them again and would have no hesitation recommending them

Paul arrived at my house with 30 minutes at around 9.30pm. He was courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. Paul did an amazing job and I'd recommend him in a heartbeat. 10/10!

I had a great experience with Dyno Locks when I called them they were very efficient and had an engineer out very quickly. I met Ronan at the property and he was excellent and solved the problem quickly but took care and was very conscientious and brilliant at what he does. I would only use them again due to my positive experience.
