Very poor customer service
I bought from them 3-4 times and everything went fine until...I bought some hamster sand (5 kg) and it broke during delivery and it was of course dripping from the package.
I took pictures of the box and the broken item, and sent that to them expecting a refund, considering not only I had to throw out the sand but also other things that now were contaminated with it.
I got a reply that the pictures were not valid because I had to have pictures of every side of the box and not only one side. When I explained that I provided to dispose of the box immediately since there were 5KG of loose sand in it, I got told that I could go to the trash can and pick up the box again.
Any other shop would have immediately refunded the amount (40 kr) without being so ridiculous about it.
I will never shop from them ever again

Very happy with the products we have received. Wider variety and more organic products that you would usually find in physical pet stores. Fast delivery and overall had no issues . Would order again in the future. Recommended.

Smooth service, personally good xp
I really appreciated the discount code on the first shopping and I shopped because I do think that they have products which I only find here. Only bought small stuff, but it arrived smooth, every item was carefully wrapped in bubble wrap, which I suggest they could eventually replace with paper, so they would do good to environment, therefore animals:) Lot of naturlig product is out of stock, would be nice to have them back in stock.
