Ordered this new silicon twin bladed design of windscreen wiper on 25 February 25 to replace the existing rubber type.
The order arrived on 12 March 25 and after opening the envelope found the blade was a single bladed wiper - not as as advertised on the “Ubaruch” website
I was offered a $5 dollar refund - then updated to 8$
I requested a refund which was never offered
* My advice is avoid this website at all cost *
they supply incorrect items then try to blame you for ordering wrong items and won't give a full refund. I i could have given zero stars i would
Avoid this company scam! Sent 2 different sizes. They said one was for the back one for front, no you say sold as a pair, wouldn't send the other one out o paid for. But to return it costs you money, so they send out odd wipers not designed for your car like it says

1 star is too good for these fraudsters.
Basically blackmailed me by telling I'd get neither a refund nor wipers if I complained them. Thankfully I paid via PayPal who issued a full refund.

I wouldn't trust this company. The blades they sent me were nothing like advertised—the logo was upside down and way bigger than shown about four times the size. It took three weeks to arrive, and they came in a bag, all folded up. Customer service is terrible, so DO NOT trust this company. My Order number is A8300014562
I would have given a zero if had been an option.
Wipers arrived almost a month after ordering, bad start in this day and age.
I fitted them correctly and tested with my screen wash and they immediately failed to clear screen. They performed worse than any worn out wiper I have ever experienced.
So the refund story started, first was $5 and after around 20 exchanges of emails they increased to £7.
Its not so much about the poor product, more about the customer service which is non existent.
Trading also as "Ubaruch". Ordered car screen wipers. Not happy. Totally wrong size sent. They 'offered' 5$ then 8$ finally 12$. All I want is the product I paid for at the spec I ordered (Fiat 500c). The fitting is too big and nothing like current blades. Last email "Sorry, we are sorry to bring you a bad experience. We only have two options. Choose one of the two. You can choose to accept compensation or return the product"
