Speedy delivery (got my order the day after), despite receiving an apology email from Dyson than there will be delays in logistics.
Still, quiet an uncoordinated company, unfortunately.

Everything about the product is good except the battery becomes empty very soon !!

I am very dissapointed with the product and the service. I bought my airwrap in December 2021, pretty over the price of an average hairstyler/dryer. I sent it for repair in november 2024 and they got back to me telling me the repair can not be performed due missing spare parts, which i find very hard to belive. The "solution" you offer is: return of the 125€ for the "repair" and a 25% voucher in a new purchase in your store. I am not ok with this "solution". I was expecting to have a very high quality perferct working device for 499€, then i Was ok by paying 125€ extra for a fixing rate. But I am definitely not Ok investing again more then 125€ just because you cannot sell quality products or have enough spare parts to repair your expensive products. So, the only offer I would find Ok, would be: for the amount you already paid we would send you a fully working new device (same device, airwrap).

Great experience. I've ordered Dyson v15 Total Clean. The shipment was sent fast. Delivery took more time. The support answered my questions.

I absolutely love my new Dyson.

DHL lost my package and Dyson customer support took a week to react to my complaints via call, they gave me a case number but this case was left for days. After calling for a third time someone finally told me the case has not been touched since I first called.

So far (1 month), it is a great experience. However, it wasn’t easy to clear the dirt bag. And I am yet to discover how to use it on mats where the hair deposits are the maximum. But I am glad to have this device: cleaning is deeper and faster.

I bought the Dyson a month ago, and I am truly very disappointed. For the price you pay, it’s absolutely not worth it. I purchased the latest Dyson model, thinking it would save me time and make my work faster based on the price and the reputation it has gained, but unfortunately, it’s not worth it.

At first, during the first two weeks, I washed my hair every day to try new techniques and better learn how to use it. I watched all the videos on YouTube, countless videos on Instagram, TikTok, and even on the Dyson app. I tried every possible technique available, but unfortunately, the fact that I have to study such an expensive product so much already devalues it for me. It’s supposed to simplify life, not make it more complicated.

I used to have a 30€ warm air brush, and in 10 minutes, my hair was ready. But with the Dyson, it takes me 50 minutes because I have very thick hair. First, I dry it 90%, then I style it with the other two attachments. It’s a waste of money and time.

I would have paid up to 150€ for the Dyson, but spending so much money is a catastrophe! Moreover, I’ve noticed that my hair has become slightly damaged during this time of using it, even though it’s supposed to prevent hair damage.

I don’t know what else to say, but to anyone considering buying it, think carefully! For me, the brand was very misleading.

The vacuum cleaner is ace, really good. But I wanted to contact the seller during the shopping process and nobody got back to me for days. Via WhatsApp and email. It’s there for decoration it seems.

Love the products, website could need an update to be more user friendly but ordering on a payment plan was really easy :)

The product itself is awsome, and the delivery was fast. The problem is, I had only chosen to buy directly from the producer's website because Dyson in cooperation with Klarna had promised a higher cashback during the black Friday period (otherwise I would have chosen another retailer with a lower price for the same product). After I ordered, I got the notification "no cashback this time", just like this. I know conditions apply. But still. It's awfully disappointing and on the verge of cheating.

Delivery was fast and nothing to say about Dyson product. Work like charm..

Air comes out like a laser. It has surely a focus. Nice.

The homepage shows dyson v12 slim absolute with way more accessories than what arrives

I bought the Dyson Nural hairdryer and received it in the post today. It worked for 2 minutes while I tried 2 attachments before it completely stopped working. I purchased from Dyson.de and I live in Berlin. Customer service refused to speak English in the phone the first time I called. Second time was better but not much help could be offered. Overall terrible experience. They didn’t understand a concept of discount code or some gift voucher to make up for this experience. Safe to say I won’t be buying from them again after I return this item.
