Disappointing after-sale Service!
I bought a Dyson for the trust I had in the brand. But unfortunately I received a machine that was defected. That was 11 days ago. Until today, my problem was not resolved. I am vey disappointed with the After-sale Clients service department. No one seems to be able to give answers or solutions. For this reason I have decided to cancel my purchase, because I can’t have a proper after purchase service, then I don’t want the vacuum cleaner. I thought I was paying that much to get a reliable after-purchase service .

The process to replace a broken part of my vacuum was very easy and pleasant. As long as your item is within the stated warranty period, the process for replacements is extremely easy. I had my new part within 24 hours of the request.

2 weeks expecting to receive order. calling dyson every day about delivery status and always have same message that delivery will be today ... not allow to cancel order .. It was more easy just to go to shop and buy .. never will buy again online

The Dyson Airwrap immediately cut out…
The Dyson Airwrap immediately cut out on its first use. A red blinking light indicating overheating. One and a half hours explaining to Dyson's online chat confirmed it needed a "repair". A collection was arranged within 3 business days. However niether my mobile or my full address was given to the collection company SEUR, who offered no way to contact them online. So I spent another day wasted hoping the collection company would be in contact via Dyson. The collection was denied by SEUR due to "insufficient information". Another hour online with Dyson chat confirmed I was eleigible for "replacement" not repair, so had my case escalated.
22nd Aug: I returned the hairdryer via a SEUR office.
6th Sep: I requested an update from "Owner Support", no reply.
11th Sep: I have asked for the return of my money, no reply
18th Sep: Dyson delivered a new one.
The woring product design and functionality is excellent. The online support and logistics though were very poor. I wish I has bought in a shop.

The product was delivered without any issues and the product itself was in a good condition. I have used it a couple of times and so far I am loving it.
Fast delivery
Fast delivery. Easy to set up. The packaging was a nightmare to open and the remote control seemed cheap. Overall the product could benefit from a more luxurious experience as they are, in their product category, a luxury item

Dyson Air Cool AM07 - Worst decision
We ordered a Dyson Air Cool AM07 on a hot summer day with temperatures reaching 35 degrees, thinking that if we paid more we would get a better quality product. However, it worked for 10 mins then stopped working. I called the customer support center and they mentioned that since the product is new they would be able to replace it in no time! 2 weeks later: we still don't have our dyson cool and still living in unbearable temperature, I wonder why we even bothered to spend money on this where we could have bought a simple fan I believe it would have been a lot better and definitely did not stop working!

Don't buy a Dyson
Don't buy a Dyson. Their fancy vacuum broke down barely a year. Contacted support 4 times now about warranty over 3 months and still nothing. They say replacement parts are out of stock, but are selling the same vacuum to new customers.
Each time they tell me its out of stock and will be sent within 2-3 weeks. Promised an email confirming that. First 2 times, no email. Third time I got an 'order placed' email, but the order never shipped. Talking to them now for the 4th time and guess what - it's still not shipped with no timeline of when it might be. No refund. No replacement. Avoid.

The battery charger died during…
The battery charger died during warranty period.
Dyson doesn't have a replacement and can only swap the complete dust cleaner.
Not very environmental friendly to scrap a complete machine when only an small new charger is required.

Huge disappointment
I'm sorry, but this appliance is not worth the price. I thought that it would make my life easier, but this wasn't the case. The batteries don't work properly, and the service complains a lot, as the device rund out of battery very quickly. Huge disappointment!

Truly awful and indifferent customer…
Truly awful and indifferent customer service. At one point the 'customer service agent' wrote: "This will be over when the machine is returned, OK? So calm down and be patient."
Contradictory emails with incorrect tracking numbers, it's a mess.
