Giving 3 stars because the product is the best and too nice, but Dyson service does not satisfied the expectations. We did not receive all components expected, (we have been told that the pieces were not included in our order/shipment) we have been told to receive missing pieces, two weeks passed, but no news from Dyson arrived.
