Like a magic, smart, elegant and practical.

I consider Dyson a top of the range brand when it comes to vacuum cleaners and I believe the price reflects this compared to other products out there. I bought the Dyson V8 Absolute Exclusive and the battery that is an integrated part of the machine decided to stop working. Since the product is more than 2 years old (but less than 5 years) Dyson is refusing to replace the battery and expect me to pay extra for a replacement. Given the price that these vacuum cleaners cost I would expect integrated parts to last longer and be covered by more than a 2 year warranty. Not sure they are worth the money you pay for them. Customer service was also quite poor.

The Dyson cordless vacuum cleaners are great when they work but we have had two failing before the expiration of warranty time. Once the battery died for no reason than it was the trigger. We have been waiting over 6 months for a replacement with very little news from customer service. Overall it is a very bad experience.

Horrible quality of products:

1.
purchased humidifier (humidify plus cool), which didn't work, already having second exchange sent by dyson that doesn't work and they won't refund the money (which is 8000 nok, and I can buy 3 normal Levoit humidifiers that work wonders and put it on every floor, instead I have to spend my time to call and call customer service because they won't even bother to answer emails).

2. V10 vacuum cleaner - what a joke, plasticky wobbly parts and it just doesn't suck the dust, blows it around the house instead, doesn't matter if you put it on the highest setting - dust just flies away from it and doesn't go inside. The whole machine doesn't feel like it costs 9K, it feels like it will break any second you touch it. Applying for refund, but very sure they will offer exchange again for something that doesn't work.

3. Hairdryer - the only ok experience, but its just the overpriced hairdryer, nothing special so not worth the cost.

I love technology that helps to make life easier and I want to pay for it if it does the job and makes you happy, I honestly wanted to like dyson products, buy its just doesn't work and on top of this - crazy bad customer service. What What joke!

You can trust this. I bought air wrap and the package was perfectly packed.

Ordered 3 items, only got tracking nr for one item. The 2 others was stuck in ups with missing papers. Was returned to sender after 1week, called them and asked if they could send again, after i gave them tracking nr’s ‘Return to Sender’. No, I had to wait until it’s confirmed back, so I promptly cancelled, refusing to wait ekstra couple weeks. Still waiting for my money after 1 and a half months since ordering.
