Ordered 2 dresses for my son’s wedding. Received poor quality material and sequins were printed on polyester. Nothing like pictured. Asked for a return label and received a reply to keep the dress and get $14 back. Ummm, no thanks. I want a full refund. Who can I report Dyzay to?

Awful company. Ordered 3 dresses, when they arrived they were of poor quality and sizing wrong. I contacted them as there was no return address. They then gave me a return address in Dubai. Returning a dress cast me $25.00 and 3 months later the package was returned to me. The address did not exist! Shit clothes dishonest service!

Service was fast and clothes ordered appeared to match what was delivered, as pictured.
Size is very hard to guage online, these seem accurate.

I ordered 3 dresses. They are all lovely but two of them have to be returned as I look like Mrs Blobby!
They came quickly and were packaged beautifully .

Appalling service from company. Dress did not fit. Dyzay would not offer a UK address to which to return it. They kept trying to lower the price so I would keep the dress! Strange business set up. Avoid in future.

I like the dress but could be a little loser in the bodice.Delivery driver left the article on the driveway whhich almost blew away.

This site is a scam! I have requested FOUR times to return the undersized items I received. I sized up the four items I purchased and none of them fit. I want to know how to return them and I want a refund. I do not want to pay $50 to keep items that do not fit. I want to return them and receive a refund for the $161 I paid.

Timely delivery, product as described, good value for the money.

It won't the material I was expecting but I still like the dress . Especially the fit .

Very happy with the quality of product. Have sent email requesting information on return as size incorrect. Need to exchange for larger size.

Do NOT use this company. For a CLOTHING company to have a NO RETURN/NO REFUND policy is absurd! You are supposed to look at a picture online and decide if it will fit as you expect and if it will look good on you? I should have been more careful before I ordered but now I have two dresses that don't fit. My order totaled $90.98. When I asked for a return or exchange, the customer service representative sent this message, "We are willing to give you $ 16 as compensation. Can you keep the order?" I do not recommend Dyzay.
