Our project was quite complicated and involved migrating over 40,000 products from our old site to Magento. We also required a lot of extra features. From day one D-Zine were there to advise and plan the way forward. There were many decisions to make and they were always able to help. The website graphic design was done quickly and efficiently and the results excellent. As we are not web developers we had a lot of questions but communications with D-Zine have been fast and easy throughout the project. Highly recommended.

We approached Dzine Hub as we wanted to update our eBay listing template.

Very pleased with the outcome, and throughout the process I was kept up to date, with all our questions / requests answered promptly and politely.

And most importantly, the template works perfectly, and they even managed to integrate with our stock management system at no extra cost.

We used Fahd and his team for our online packaging business. The team at D-zine Hub are quick, efficient and nothing is too much trouble for them. The designs came out great and they are always on hand to help out with questions. I would definitely use there services again and recommend them to other small businesses. 10/10

After a terrible time-wasting experience with another eBay shop specialist, we researched hard to identify a service provider who had an established reputation for dependability and quality work. Not many companies fit that bill, and for the sort of product we wanted DZine Hub seemed to be the best choice.
From the start, we encountered a very polished, well-structured process of assessing our needs, confirming our design requirements and setting a clear plan for stage completion of the project within a pleasingly short timescale.
The final product was exactly what we wanted, completed on time and to the standard required. Communication was outstanding, and the helpfulness of our project manager was a breath of fresh air. I simply cannot recommend this company highly enough – they were superb in every respect.

We have used Dzine twice and on both occasions we have found them to be fantastic. From the initial concept through design onto the build/install and going live we were kept informed and time promises kept.

Without hesitation i would recommend.

We have now had 2 eBay Store and listing templates done by Dzine Hub (we only needed the second one due to eBays new policy) I can not praise the team that dealt with me enough. From sales, customer service through to the design team, they were all fantastic. I am now left with a great looking eBay store and listing template that was done very quickly and my revisions I requested was done with no fuss. I would recommend them to anyone.

I was recommended Dzine Hub for the design of our eBay shop by our stocking system company. I also looked at Dzine Hub's website and then subsequently spoke with one of the lead project managers. I was impressed with the company's professionalism from the outset. Once I commissioned the work to be undertaken, I received a project document which explained the process in detail and provided me with an estimated lead-time to completion. I was kept informed throughout the whole process. The client service manager at Dzine Hub who I dealt with was very knowledgeable and creative, and her advice on eBay's current and upcoming listing policies was invaluable. Myself and my staff are all very impressed with our new design and we can't wait to share it with our customers. Updated review July 2024:

Dzine Hub recently created a totally new template for our Ebay store. Our previous template was created by Dzine Hub all the way back in 2012, then updated to be compatible with the latest Ebay requirements in 2016.

Fast forward to 2024 I decided it was now time for a totally new template. The previous templated had been in use for over a decade, so was perceived to now be looking a bit dated after all this time.

With that in mind I asked Dzine Hub to design a new Ebay template that matched our Meganto eCommerce store, to keep the brand in uniform across both sales channels.

This was not a problem for Dzine Hub who delivered a fantastic result. Initially Dzine Hub sent across a detailed questionnaire so they could discover exactly what was desired from the new Ebay template.

A few days after the questionnaire was completed Abbas sent over a mock-up of the proposed new design, which looked fantastic! After suggesting a few changes the templates was ready to be coded in to a design usable on Ebay. Abbas also undertook this and was even able to integrate the template with M2E, so it synced out to all our existing Ebay listings.

I think it goes without saying I’m happy to recommend Dzine Hub, having used their services multiple times over the last decade. The team are always professional and respond promptly to emails. Thank you to everyone over at Dzine Hub!

Around 4 years ago we commissioned Dzine Hub to design an Ebay listing template for our Ebay outlet. We wanted the template to look similar to our existing eCommerce website. Dzine Hub managed this with no problems and were great from start to finish.

Recently we were contacted by Dzine Hub to inform us that due to changes in Ebay's listing policies our template would be in violation of these newer Ebay policies, which would start to be enforced in a few months time.

Not a problem though, Dzine Hub we're able to update our existing template, removing any JavaScript and other soon to be incompatible elements. At the same time Dzine Hub were able to make our existing template responsive, something we had been keen implement for a while.

The end result is customers using a tablet or mobile phone will have an easy experience when reading our listing descriptions. Considering the technical nature of our products we feel this will be a great benefit which will increase sales from customers using mobile devices.

Fahd has always been the first point of contact at Dzine Hub, been very detailed in his proposals. I believe Hamid originally worked with us to design the template many years ago and was great, tweaking it to look exactly how we desired.

Fast forward to today, Sowmya updated and re-coded our template to make it fully complaint with Ebay's new listing policies, along with ensuring the template was fully responsive on mobile devices. Sowmya was always quick to respond via email and even helped with integrating our template with M2E, going above and beyond to ensure we were totally happy.

Needless to say we would happily recommend Dzine Hub to anyone looking to create a professional Ebay presence. You will not be disappointed with the Dzine Hub team!
