To be honest I have no clue on the process and was concerned about finding myself in trouble or with a fine from not doing it correctly. Kris put all my fears to rest and showed great patience.

What was meant to be a better and more effective service ended up being more expensive and ineffective. Moved to get more alignment of accounts within Xero system, this never happened. Tried to charge me for this when it was advised it would be resolved as part the on-boarding service. Not happy gone back to previous accountants.

This is really good company for online e-commerce sales via Amazon, Etsy etc. They take care of my bookeeping, vat & payroll as well. Recommended!

Great company, been with eAccounts for 2 years. They setup Xero and A2X for my Amazon business making things a lot easier.
