Just awful service !
I created my order on 26/05/2023 with 1-3 days shipping for which I paid 21 euros, now, is 05/06/2023 and my order is still not been delivered. The last update on Chronopost is from 02/06/2023 that the parcel was scanned leaving Hungary, no updates after that. I have no way of verifying if the parcel was given to a local company for delivery as it doesn't say.
As a reference, I bought something from the US, paid 15 dollars to ship, and got delivered in 6 days, an order came in 6 days from the other side of the world while spending less on shipment.
If somebody can reach out to me and tell me why the order takes so long to arrive would be lovely.

Your order was placed the morning of 26/05. Our company is only open from Monday to Friday, and orders are prepared the next day.
Monday 05/29 is a special day in France, and unfortunately the carriers are not working, we were unable to ship any orders.
It was therefore handed over to the carrier on 05/30.
I just requested an inquiry to track your order and find out where it is currently.
Regarding the price of transport, your order includes more than 1.5 kg of items, and it is a shipment with Chronopost (is an expensive service, the Colissimo option was available free of charge) to Romania.
Nevertheless, I fully understand that the current delay is not understandable, I write to you during the day by e-mail.
