The online content for this AAT Level 1 Award in Bookkeeping course is excellent and very comprehensive covering all the important elements of the bookkeeping role and processes to be encountered in an easy-to-understand format, incorporating both text and very helpful animations which bring to life what is being taught. Your learning is tested at the end of each element of the course to ensure you understand what you have been taught as well at the end of the course by a very comprehensive final assignment ensuring you are prepared for your exam. Learning can be done at your own pace and is very flexible allowing you to put your learning on hold and resumed from the same point at any time. This is complemented by an excellent, comprehensive, and easy to use personalised website with links to all the latest resources, the student community forums as well at a link to your personal AAT homepage All this is supported by the superb customer support provided by e-Careers and in particular their Customer Service Executives.

As part of my purchasing the AAT Level 2 Certificate in Accounting course I received, free of charge, access to the AAT Level 1 Award in Bookkeeping, with course support for three months ending on the 3rd July. The issue I had was I due to start my AAT Level 2 course by the 18th April 2025, commencing the 12-month course support, which would overlap with my studying for the Level 1 qualification. I wanted to delay the start date of the AAT Level 2 course to coincide with the end of the Level 1 course, so I emailed the dedicated customer support team with the request for the delay in the start date of the level 2 course. I was expecting an email response so was amazed when I received, the following day, a personal telephone call from the excellent Customer Service Executive Maneesh Kapoor advising me that the start fate of Level 2 had, as requested, been extended to the 3rd July to coincide with the end of the Levell 1 course. This is again an example of the exceptional customer service provided by e-Careers team of Customer Service Executives, such as in this case, the superb Maneesh Kapoor. I would strongly recommend studying with e-Careers.
