ADVANCED EXCEL 2019 COURSE

Excellent support

Product I bought worked first time but after having to rebuild my PC I had problems re-registering the software.

One email to support and it was sorted straight away for me.

Great customer service

Great customer service. I had to contact Zak learning for some support and I was extremely happy with the service I received. My emails were answered promptly and when I called, Lennie was more than helpful and went above and beyond.

I had a big problem

I had a big problem trying to figure out why this wouldn’t work then I read all the 5* comments I am so glad I rang Like helped me so much with my problem.I already had a Microsoft word from work on my laptop but I’ve left the company and didn’t know I had to delete this one. I was so relieved it’s now all up and running thank you Luke

Lenny is a complete star

Lenny is a complete star. He dealt with a problem I had downloading my purchase, which was caused by my computer, professionally and efficiently. He's extremely knowledgeable and was cheerful and entertaining throughout. I thoroughly recommend this company.

Excellent Service by Lennie

The installation setup was actually very easy. Had I known the difference between the Word App and Word online or thereabout I may have managed it on my own.. However, the process is very simple if you follow instructions carefully!!

Lennie was very helpful and finished the process for me.

A true gent! ;)
