No customer service, no "fast delivery"

I ordered 28th of March, and never got any mail about it. Money was reserved so I send them email on 6th of April asking about the order since I havent heard anything from them. I never got answer, so I decided that the order didnt go through and made order again on 9th of April. I just go message that oh we have now sent your order. Twice! Like are you kidding me, first I made the order over 2 weeks ago and asked about it later and they ignored my mails. Then I ordered again and then they send it twice even though I asked over week earlier about the first order. Like first of all, where is your customer service and what is "fast delivery" if the first order took over 2 weeks to even send!
