terrible return policy and the sizes which never fit you. Something like - if in real life you wear S, with them you need to buy L

I bought two underwear. Same size. One is too big the other is too small. I returned the smaller one. Officially through Modus Vivendi Website. I printed the address layout they emailed me. I received my parcel back to my address with a home printed text stating I violated the upu regulations. No official stamps or anything. The underwear was not worn, with tags on it in original packaging. I have the feeling they use this tactic to avoid refunding me.

Their website has become a terrible experience. Extremely slow! Extremely jumpy! Impossible to view any page! Such a shame. I have purchased many great items, but now their site refuses to load. Oh well, sadly I will have to just shop elsewhere.

Received my order today, came well packaged and underwear in excellent condition to. They look and feel well-made and the fit is as good as any other premium brand if not better, will definitely be buying again in the future. AAAA

I bought a white "fashion" bathing suit from their Towel Line, washed it in non toxic detergent and the 1inch elastic band around top yellowed. Mind you I'd only worn it once on dry land and never got into a pool etc. I reached out to the company and they blamed me. Also saying that" fabric grinning" happens when fabrics come in contact with chlorine. Neither being the case here. They finished by saying "they processed a new quality control to the product." So clearly there was an issue and there still is.

I purchased a hoodie while in Greece. The zipper broke the 2nd time I wore it. I sent them an email explaining what happened and they responded back that they would ship me a new one at no cost. Three months later and I have received no replacement. I sent two follow up emails but received no response. I am very disapointed because this was an expensive hoodie and I was promised a replacement.

Great clothing and great customer care. Comfortable and amazingly looking underwear. I had to return an item due to size and they were really helpful during the process (even having broken the label which clearly is against the web policy). They even added a really nice garment as a gift together with the order. They earned a loyal returning customer.

Worst customer service there is. I live in the Canary Islands which belong to Spain but have a different tax regime -- can't include links, so you can Google official info. They didn't reply to any inquiry before making the order. I made the order since I had a discount code to compensate for the 21% VAT they were illegally charging me. It has been weeks of constant calls and emails with them and FedEx. They finally agreed to pay the amount FedEx wanted ME to pay for the delivery. Bear in mind that I never contracted FedEx nor did I choose the delivery service. Now, weeks after the expected delivery date, a FedEx worker came and asked for roughly 38€. I obviously declined the package. This company is such a joke. They also didn't reply to my last two emails. Now I will have to waste even more time to get my money back for this order. Thankfully I paid through PayPal.

I was not pleased with my first order with this company. I ordered matching shirt and briefs and the shirt was no longer in stock and then proceeded to debit my checking account for extra shipping for the briefs. But why?? They had enough money if the shirt was out of stock. I cancelled the order and wasn't able to get back the extra shipping expense. Not sure what is up with this company. I tried ordering from them again and my credit card is block by their bank. They are not customer service oriented. Beware!

Modus Vivendi has a large collection of (very) attractive underwear for men.
My first order was fine. Ordering was easy. The items ordered all fit well. The finish was neat.
Even delivery went well (although MV chooses DHL; not my first choice)
