Generally speaking

Generally speaking, surveys 15 minutes or less are best ones to focus on. The longer surveys take a lot longer to finish than what is stated. Recently I took a 25 minute survey that went on for nearly 45 minutes and nearly finished, I got message saying I wasn't a match which was BS. Another time, same scenari, a message popped up saying survey was closed as they had reached the number of responses, yet I had finished all question except typical ones about age, etc.

TERRIBLE SURVEY SITE

I used to frequently use the site to gain points toward vendor gift cards or hotel point credits. Today, I wanted to redeem my last few points and the process was burdensome, invasive and AWFUL. In order to obtain my reward - a pitiful $10 grocery store gc - I was made to not only enter verification codes, but made to provide a selfie and photo of my dl - front and back! Ridiculous and threatening the security of my personal information. I am SO done with them!!

I got my rewards points back and issued Gift Card!

This is an addendum to my previous review about e-rewards.com
After many years doing surveys for e-reward.com I was suspended without being told why. I was told because I broke some rules I couldn’t get my rewards. What rules?
I contacted Dynata, LLC. the company that took over E-rewards.
Look up the company to find the customer support email address.(not allowed to give it in here) I told them my issues with e-rewards.com. I included my email address and anything that connected me to e-rewards.
A few days later I was contacted by e-rewards asking me if I wanted my rewards points in Amazon or PayPal or Apple gift card.

I love E Rewards

I love E Rewards, it’s such an easy way to accrue points to get airline miles. I also appreciate that when there is a glitch. It’s never a hassle to get credit applied to my account. It’s a first rate will run operation.

Staff always takes my complaints

Staff always takes my complaints, which I make rather frequently, quite seriously, and awards points when I've been cut off from surveys at the very end.

Worst Experience

I have to agree with the reviews left by Stacy and James recently. I, too, was subscribed to the panel for about 15 years when they locked my account with a warning for "violation" of their terms with no explanation as to what I had done. They unlocked my account and as soon as I logged back in, there was a screen requiring a selfie and my driver's license. I got locked out again without even doing anything. They decided to cancel my account permanently but I kept pushing to receive my accumulated rewards. They made the "one-time" decision to grant me my rewards with options on how I wanted them. Even though I replied and have verified my email address several times, they are still dragging their feet on payout. I have no idea why they keep asking for my email address when I have used the same one for years. I would definitely not recommend signing up with them.

Working well so far!

I've only been completing e-Rewards for about 2 months. The surveys take me much longer than the estimated times, but I've gotten all of the promised points so far. Will update if things change over time.

Great Customer Service

I completed Survey on 3/29/26, but I did not receive my points. I contacted Member Support and explained that I completed the survey but did not receive my Reward Points. The “BOT” told me that a ticket was created and that I would get a response within 1 to 2 business days. I received a response from Psalm the following day and he/she added my points. Psalm was really efficient AND EXTREMELY NICE!! Great customer service!!

e-Rewards has been amazing

e-Rewards has been amazing! I have been rewarded with great choices of what I want to do with my rewards points from them. Only complaint I have is the amount of time it takes to do some survey's. Many survey's say, 10 mins for 1 point. It's sometimes 30 mins to 45 mins to do some of the lower point surveys. Other than that. I've been VERY happy!! Thank you, e-Rewards!!

Provide opinions, get gift cards.

I like the option to provide my opinions in a survey and be rewarded with gift cards.
While I do feel that it takes a bit to earn enough points for rewards, it isn't "hard". I definitely do not get "kicked out" of surveys (as much) after providing a lot of data/opinions, like with some other sites.
