I love this site. It has decent payouts compared to other sites, more variety, easier to maneuver, and quick payouts.

The PRIMARY reason, I did not give a 5 star review for the e-rewards was due to the fact that the surveys offered ALWAYS takes double the amount of time it says that it will take to do the survey.

Very good survey, not to hard or long.

My experience has been made great by the variety of surveys that are always available.

The reviewer of my issue understood what had happened and let me know that it was a technical issue and no fault of my own. I was awarded partial credit for my effort, more than I thought I would get. The system works if you report an issue with the proper documentation/description of the problem.

This service is an easy way to earn rewards . I do not get enough surveys that are relevant and they need to offer more bonuses and a better selection of gift cards .

The surveys are pretty good and it don't take long to get your rewards.

I love that I can complete surveys and get paid instead of playing video games or being on social media.
I can choose my reward method and get gift cards to Kroger, Starbucks, Choice Hotels, and more.

E-rewards is a fair and positive website. There are many surveys that are interesting and diverse.
E-rewards even rewards you after not being a good fit for a particular survey.
It is a trustworthy and honest website. I have utilized this survey site for many years and have never been disappointed.

Plenty of surveys, I just don’t qualify for enough of them.

This gives you great rewards for your time, although it can take some time to find a survey that fits you. They are filled or not a good match. Reward points could be better vs. the time it takes to complete.

E-rewards has been great for me in all aspects. Every time there is a glitch in the process of getting my reward after earning 75 points, I just click on the contact us tab below and they very quickly respond and fix the problem. It doesn't happen often, don't get me wrong. I am j just so glad I have the opportunity to earn a few extra dollars to buy extra items with, like food or gifts etc.

The content was easy to read and comprehend. Nothing was invasive. It was an enjoyable experience.

Very biased and have no consideration. They don't read the explanations and have not doing their job check the survey that were publish

There seems to be a lot of technical issues with higher value surveys that give an error code before it will even load. That being said, when I have a technical issue after I've gotten to the "completed" screen, I can reach out to customer support. I've always had fast, friendly and professional responses. This usually results in the points being awarded without any question. I do wish the issue of the higher value surveys would be looked into. I don't mind spending the time (sometimes 30 to 60 minutes) for the extra reward.
