After trying for over two weeks to get…
After trying for over two weeks to get an appointment with my GP for a refill of my medication, (it can’t be issued as a repeat) I decided to give e-surgery a go. I applied for my prescription online, they contacted me within the day for proof of prescription etc and it was issued and sent immediately afterwards, I received my medication the next day. Fantastic service, they took away the stress of not being able to get my medication in time. I’ll definitely be staying with e-surgery.

Great to use

REALLY EFFICIENT
I use E-surgery for holiday medicine whenever I go away. The cost of the prescription and the medicine is less than my GP charges for the prescription alone.
It's delivered within a couple of days and fits through my letterbox. I don't have any pets or kids at home so that's fine. It saves me having to wait in.
Affordable, quick, convenient and efficient. I've been using E-surgery for about 6 years without any problems. I tell everyone I know about them.

Medicine received in May 26 expires in December 26
The medicine I received in May 26 had an expiry date of December 26, whereas normally I have found similar medicine would have at least 2-years from the date of purchase / receipt - as such, likely it was at least 1.5 years old.
Complained to Customer Service team member and then a Team Manager, and was told the problem was with their supplier and nothing more could be done, certainly not a refund (even though the medicine was unopened), and not even a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill - basically like it or lump it! Hardly 'customer service'. It seems it's luck of the draw as to what you might receive expiry-date wise. Not impressed.

I want to assure you that we were being completely transparent when our team explained that the expiry date situation is something we are actively in discussion with our supplier about, and this is something we are taking seriously.
Regarding the medication you received, whilst we completely understand your concerns, the December 2026 expiry date does mean the item is still well within its usable period and would be perfectly safe and effective to use. We would therefore not offer a return or refund for said medication.
We are truly sorry that this has not been the experience you expected, and we understand it can be disappointing when expiry dates are shorter than anticipated. Please know that your feedback is valued and will be used to help us improve going forward.

They seem to be very professional. If you need medication which doesn't necessarily need your GP, they are a good choice, it seems.
They are also quite fast. Of course, if you want something that requires checks before being sent to you, you shouldn't expect delivery in 24 hours, they have to make sure you can actually buy it. However, it seems they work on weekends too; they checked my order on Sunday, and after confirming I could get it, they dispatched it on Monday.

Great experience with this company since I started Mounjaro 9 weeks ago
I looked into a few different companies before settling on this one and I haven't been disappointed. When it's time for me to get another pen I get a renewal email and have the option to increase, stay on the same dose or change to something else. I ordered on a Monday and it was with me by the next day and it's always packaged with a coolant bag inside to keep it at the right temperature. If I have any questions they are always answered quickly and to my satisfaction.
I would definitely recommend this company to others.
The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the price but I understand that is not the fault of the company, it's the same price everywhere.
I have lost almost 2 stone in 9 weeks no side effects so very pleased.
