From the first time we contacted David Kinsella @ etravel we knew we were in good hands 🙌. We have done many cruises both sea and river. David has kept us at ease ,totally prompt in his replies and is very knowledgeable on the travel business. Would we recommend this company to any one who wants an expertly arranged holiday with no worries and smooth sailing!

I dealt with Paul, who was very helpful and helped me to book a return trip to Cape Town from Dublin. He was brilliant and gave some great tips too. Would recommend this company - had a wonderful time!

A pleasure to deal with from start to finish. The webpage is easy to navigate and informative. Everything was organised from flights and overnights on land to a great choice of cruises to suit all pockets. I must sincerely thank the company's agent Kim who dealt so promptly and helpfully with every query and issue we had..... a great ambassador for e-travel.

I booked a Christmas Carribean cruise with Kim & she was very helpful with all my back and forth questions & decisions.

Everything was organised from the start of the holiday til the end- Flights, hotels for before & after the cruise, transport to all hotels, cruise port and back and to and from airports which made things very easy. The cruise itself was brilliant & Kim was very helpful guiding us to what would suit our family of 5 best. I would definitely book with them again.

Glenda was excellent.....we had a wonderful cruise experience for our family which consisted of elderly parents and very young kids and babies. I have just returned from a cruise on the Celebrity Constellation. My wife and I really enjoyed the ship with all it amenities. The entertainment was excellent and the crew on board were all very helpful and kind. My travel consultant was Glenda Heery from E Travel who arranged everything to perfection. Thanks to her we had a great flight, transfer and easy boarding the ship. Thanks Glenda.

Glenda from e-travel did a great job in organising our trip to Boston from start to finish. She organised the flights, transfers, hotels and cruise from Boston to Quebec return. All went very smoothly. Glenda kept us updated with any changes etc and gave good advice when booking initially. We’ve used Glenda a few times now and will definitely be using her again to book our next cruise.

It was the last cruise before the boat was going for refurbishment. It was to have been done a couple of years ago . The boat was well overdue a makeover. Furniture was grubby & well worn . If we’d known in advance, we wouldn’t have booked it . We booked the cruise in August 24 for September 25.

When booking a cruise or international flights e-travel is the first OTA I go to. From past experience they have always been excellent with providing any necessary information that is needed when booking a cruise . The website lists flights showing all available airlines to your chosen destination from cheapest to most expensive and shows whether there is baggage included in the fair or is a paid extra . It's very helpful when making a decision on a flight. When booking a cruise with e-travel I usually email to enquire about all the relevant costs associated with it and they have been excellent in providing the total cost breakdown so as to avoid hidden costs that may arise. We cruised in The Symphony of the Seas in September 2025 from Cape liberty NJ to the Bahamas, excellent trip and experience all around.

I found Glenda to be very professional and she always replied promptly and efficiently. I will definitely book another cruise with Glenda again

Our travel Rep. Kim Lunt was exceptional. Every minute detail was taken care of. We had a one night stay in Barcelona, 7 night cruise on Royal Caribbean followed by a 3 night stay in Rome. All including transfers. Everything was perfect. I would definitely recommend E-Travel and especially Kim Lunt our rep.

No issues, Glenda has been great, answered all queries for me.

It was my first cruise, so nervous about it, but all good in the end.
