NOT THE OFFICIAL ETA GOVERNMENT SITE
My husband unwittingly used this company for his Canadian etA but I quickly showed him the correct government website for a fraction of the price. It’s insane that these sorts of companies are able to exist!!!! Just feeding off innocent people.
Even though my husband emailed them 27 minutes after processing, they refused to cancel it!
Anyway, I managed to get them to refund the full amount. You can ask visa (if you paid that way) to reverse the charge and explain…. Tell the company first and explain the issue (you can get it from the official website for $7) and that you will contact your card provider. And if they won’t budge then keep insisting. Let’s put these criminals out of business!!!

I suppose I should have heeded the advice of my niece, whom I will be visiting in Montreal in August. She gave me the official site but somehow I didn't use it. Google should be sued for these scams! How can an int company promote a scamming company like this one? I mean, charge extra for your 'service' but please don't rip us off! $99 for a $7 visa? Google must close them down.

***SCAM*** I'd give them no stars if that was an option. Complete scam. Tricked me into paying £75 for a Canadian ETA that should have cost $7.

Do not use.
I do not know where we would stand legally to try to get back some money.
Really gutted
Really gutted, just paid for this, submitted personal data with the belief this was the official Canadian eTA. Yes I've lost a lot of money, but I'm rather concerned about the personal data a random company has on me. Really very concerned.
It also now turns out I don't even need a flipping eTA as we're not flying in or out of Canada.
Has anyone had any data breach after applying through this site. There's ALOT of personal data on this application. Changing payment cards etc as we speak
Complete scam
Complete scam, go through the government website. There's no eTA that I've received and lack of response from customer service.
Have requested a refund and nothing yet!
Unnecessary ‘service’ - scam
I wish I had been suspicious a few minutes earlier and read the reviews here BEFORE making the final purchase of this ‘service’. Exactly as everyone else said, I found out that the Canadian visa only costs 7 CAD from the official website and not 99 USD as through this website. I requested a cancellation and my money back but got an email back right after saying that they had already processed my application - and that they couldn’t give me a refund because their services also included 24-7 assistance etc.etc.
I did receive an approved and valid eTa. However, nowhere on their webpage to they explain what their services actually consist of and that they are not connected to the Canadian authorities before making the purchase. I would not recommend this ‘service’ to anyone.
Absolute scam
Absolute scam - my application got rejected and no way to contact them and get at least a refund. As result of this issue I am unsure I will be able to travel to Canada and will loose a lot of money.

At no point in the process does it tell you the cost and when you press the continue button takes payment for $99 without telling you how much it is taking payment for. When you complain they take an administration charge of $29.

i WAS MADE TO BELIEVE THAT THE FEE FOR THE ETA AS ADVERTISED WAS ONLY 7CAD BUT WHEN I SUBMITTED MY PAYMENT DETAILS IT WAS 99USD.
Scam
Scam. When I tried to get my money back they claimed it was not paid to their company and that the email address is incorrect. Does anyone have a contact address that worked?
Scam Scam Scam
Thinking it was the website of the government of Canada, I applied for an ETA to Canada and only realised i was charged £78 after I made the payment. At no point the cost was displayed and as i have applied in the past many times and thinking it was the gov website i had no suspecions. The email they have provided on their website is incomplete but I managed to find their email and emailed them to cancel my application. They responded that I will be charged £29 for cancelation. I will be taking this to anywhere I can to stop them looting people.the other saddest thing is that I usually get asked by my bank to authorise the payment in my bank app but on this occasion I wasn’t asked to approve the payment eve though I have never used this site in the past!!! Seems like everyone is involved in this scam!!
complete scam

Scam!!
Scam!!! Do not let them direct you to this site. I was in massive rush not realising I needed Canadian visa prior to my flight and FlightNetwork, whom I booked my flight to Canada through, directed me straight to this website. It’s a scam. Clearly FlightNetwork making money from
E-travel online.com
As otherwise why would they direct customers to them and not official site? It looks exactly the same as the real Canadian visa application site. But the real one processes visa immediately and only charges 7USD. Be careful!!!
watch out
Speechless. 7$ service and a 90$ mystery. It takes away the joy of travelling
