Product was seriously damaged. Response time to e-mails is very long, sometimes I have sent e-mails 3x before a response followed. No return service, returning from Netherlands to Germany myself was more expensive than commercial value of the product. Finally received proposal to keep product at low price, after almost two weeks from first e-mail with complaint.

Perfect service. Ordered a fridge - didn't work - but the service was top-notch. Even while I'm in The Netherlands, they still sent a delivery service to pick it up, transport it back to Germany and give me a refund. Stunning. Also the communications where really professional. Good English, fast replies to e-mails. Too bad the product had a failure, but we can't blame the people. They rock.

Product has been delivered fine and good after sales/service
Product has been delivered fine, but it was missing the cloth of the Xiaomi Roborock S5 Max. After contact with their service department it was resolved quickly and the original cloth was delivered afterwards.
I would recommend buying products here.
