Extremely Disappointed with e2zstore.com – A Frustrating and Unreliable Experience

I placed an order with e2zstore.com based on their claim that delivery would be made within a week. Unfortunately, the entire experience has been frustrating, unprofessional, and disappointing.

On the 3rd day after placing the order, I called their customer service for an update. The person who answered was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful, telling me bluntly to “wait until the last day” of the delivery window.

Trying to remain patient, I followed up again on Day 5 via WhatsApp, where I was assured the order would be dispatched on the final day. But when I contacted them again on that very day, I was suddenly told there was a stock issue and was asked to either wait indefinitely for a restock or request a refund.

This is completely unacceptable and misleading. No proactive updates, no courtesy, and complete indifference to the customer’s time and trust.

And now, after reading the many negative reviews online, I am seriously worried if and when they will actually refund my money. This feels like a scam and a total waste of time.

I feel cheated, disgusted, and extremely let down by their behavior and attitude. I will never recommend e2zstore.com to anyone and strongly advise others to stay away from this unreliable platform.

I ordered gift cards from this store and the estimated time for EMAIL delivery was 7 days... 7 days for email delivery not to mention their customer support just kept saying the delivery will be done in the estimated time, which was 7 days mind you. On the 7th day the CS told me the delivery will happen at 11 pm at night because its automated again it didn't happen. The only redeeming quality about this store was the fast refund they processed which makes me to believe they are very experienced in refunding money to customers. All in all a very bad experience and will never go back to this store.

I have ordered my digital delivery gift card and made payment. They took 8 days to send the gift card code after I made 3 call and they have low response and atlast I receive my code. Be careful about the delivery after you purchase any good.

Today I received my PS5 Dualsense controller white one from this website, I got in ₹4390 and it was in pretty good condition, packaging was not that good but still it was acceptable.
