I placed an order for several parts that were all listed as in stock. It's been 10 days and they still haven't shipped anything. No communication, no updates. Very disappointing experience. Not satisfied at all.

I purchased a e3d diamond back 0.4mm for a Bambu P1S. I was enjoying testing out higher flow rates until a bad roll of petg killed it. It was a complete clog and was not able to use the recommended ways to clean it. A needle and several meters of cleaning filament, followed by a couple of cold pulls and it is working like new.

The items are very well made of high quality materials. They arrived quickly and well packaged.

could have told me that fedex was going to charge me $24.04 CAD or included it in shipping but other than that fast delivery and great products i would recomend.

The E3D V6 nozzle is the accepted standard for filament printing. I swapped out the brass nozzle on my second-hand Prusa Mk3S+ for E3D's nickel-plated V6 in 0.4mm and immediately saw a significant improvement in the quality of the prints.

I'm impressed on how fast shipping and delivery is from the UK to the US! Products aren't bad either.

I recently upgraded to the Revo Micro system from E3D and I’m genuinely impressed—this is hands down one of the best upgrades I’ve made to my 3D printing setup.

Installation was seamless, and the modular nozzle system makes swapping sizes fast, clean, and effortless. The print quality has been consistently excellent, and I’ve noticed a real improvement in detail, especially with the smaller nozzles like the 0.25 mm ObXidian. I’m using it on a Prusa MINI+, and it’s been a perfect match for my needs, especially for highly detailed branding elements and logos.

Recently, I ran into an issue with my CR Revo. The 0.4 nozzle fused to the heater block. So the first thing I check is to make sure there's no filament build up, nope. I was printing fine one minute, I changed out the filament, everything is working fine until it suddenly stops extruding. I checked for clogs, none. I took nearly a day off and on trying to figure it out and was stuck. So I started dissassembling the hotend assembly to check out the heater blck The first thing I do is wait for everything to cool down and try to unscrew the 0.4 nozzle and it won't budge. So I take everything else around it apart inspecting as I go. I'm down to where it's just the nozzle screwed into the heater block and I'm still having no luck. I take a set of adjustable plier and gently hold the hotend around the sock to allow me to keep a grip while I try to get the nozzle to wiggle loose using a second set of plier. It will not budge. I try a little harder. Nope. Suddenly I hear "crack" and the ceramic shatters under the sock. Now I feel like an idiot.

So I email support, send them some pictures and get back a reply telling me "Next time before you decide to take a set of pliers and destroy it contact us" And further comments with a sarcastic tone.

Look, I know I messed up, and was willing to pay for the replacement parts. All I was asking for was some understanding to figure out what happened to begin with. This is a three month old part, a $170 part at that. It cost me an additional $70 to replace the damaged parts even though the initial problem wasn't my fault. I've had a bad enough day trying to figure out the problem, the last thing I need is a smart ass on the other end of the email exchange making me feel worse about what's happened.

What led me to look for E3D was wanting to look for a complete set equal to the OEM. In addition, E3D is already a renowned name in terms of quality in this world of 3D printing.

Good quality.
(But next time I'll order in two different orders, because the additional shipping is cheaper than the criminal customs duties of our states. ;-) )

When I got my new Prusa Core One in and realized it was a standard brass nozzle, I knew I needed an upgrade since I planned on using abrasive materials. That is when I came straight to E3D for my ObXidian Nextruder nozzle. It went in perfectly and was immediately printing after the swap.

The quality of the goods was very convincing and the shipping via the selected sender in the premium class was very fast. The only thing that was very annoying was customs since England is no longer part of the EU, which is why I only give 4 stars instead of 5 stars

Products are awesome..Just not impressed with the nozzle pricing out at nearly $130 Cdn when I could of got it on amazon nearly $30 Cheaper...
Plus not impressed you guys use fedex, they charged me an extra $16 Cdn in duties & fees that I'm pretty sure I paid at checkout...
Other than that the product is great..mo issues with it yet..

Georgia from customer service was nice to communicate with. The revo voron high flow arrived within 4 days to Indonesia. Quality was top notch, the thermistor and heater came with long wires. Packaging was solid which ensured they arrived safe. Aiming for the piezo probe next.

All of my machines now are using the Revo quick change nozzles. I love how easy they make nozzle swaps. The print quality is good, you just have to recalibrate your flow rates. Customer service is spot on. Very quick to respond. I highly recommend.
