A sign of a good company is how it solves problems and its quick response, the part i had ordered got held up at customs, so when I got an email looking for my experience on a product I hadn't received i said "once I receive it I'll review it" they apologised and said if it hadn't arrived in the next couple days they would send again, so im happy with this company and will order again A+

First time purchasing from this company and I found the service to be straight forward.

Replacement oven fan was on a 2-3 day delivery.
After 5 days no sign of the item.
Delivery not tracked so had no idea if it was going to turn up.
Tried email, tried calling, tried the online contact form - Finally got a response to say the fan was on the way (no date given).
Ordered an identical item from another supplier and it turned up within 2-3 days - FItted and oven fixed.
E4element fan finally turned up after 12 days. By then I didn't need it.

Great product at a great price. Fitted my Fisher Paykel oven perfectly.
Took a little longer to arrive than expected (3 days - it arrived on a Saturday) but this was because they discovered a slight problem with the product and waited for new stock to arrive. Very helpful responses to email.

Item ordered did not arrive, contact details are false, telephone number does not connect and address appears not correct according to Google maps.
Numerous emails have not been responded to

The replacement part arrived promptly, well within the expected timeframe. Upon inspection, it appeared to be in satisfactory condition and has functioned adequately since installation.

Although the item was advertised as a "Candy Element" and it does fit the Candy oven model, it should be noted that this is not an official Candy spare part. Nevertheless, the element is suitable for its purpose given its compatibility with the oven.

The cost of this replacement element is considerably lower than that of a genuine Candy part, with the official version priced at three to four times the amount paid for this alternative. In light of this, the purchase offers reasonable value, particularly for those seeking a budget-friendly solution.

During installation, it was necessary to drill out two of the holes, as they were initially too small to accommodate the self-tapping screws. Additionally, it was observed that the replacement element operates at 2,500 watts, whereas the original component was rated at 2,200 watts.

Ordered a replacement element for a Neff fan oven. Element delivered on time and is as described and perfect for the oven. Much lower cost than Neff or any other supplier. Will certainly use them again.
