EAA is unreliable

Had a problem with a Girsan Witness Brat .45 caliber pistol from European American Armory out of the box. Every magazine failed to load a round mid-magazine into the chamber. The rounds were failing to go up the feed ramp. Also three casings were ejected into my forehead. EAA said to return the pistol to them through an FFL. I did so but it cost me $50 for shipping/handling and a $50 transfer fee for the FFL. EAA refused to reimburse me. When their repair didn’t fix the problem they said to send it back but would not provide a prepaid shipping label.
