First and last time using this shower of bandits. Got confirmation of order and dispatch quickly and email from Evri saying it was on its way. 3 weeks later, no delivery, no resonse, no help, just nada. Be warned - do not buy from these bandits. Reportef to Amazon for their delisting (but I supe t they,'ll pop up again under a different name.
I placed my first order and was really pleased with how quickly it was shipped. Unfortunately, things went downhill from there. I received an email saying Evri had delivered my parcel with a “proof of delivery,” but the photo was just a black screen. I contacted Evri, but they said it wasn’t their problem.
I then tried reaching out to the company no one was available on live chat, they didn’t respond to any of my emails, and they won’t answer phone calls. At this point, I’m out £29 with no product and no support. Extremely disappointed with the service and lack of responsibility from both the courier and the company!!!
Good thing I didn't look at reviews before ordering! I got exactly what I bought, packed well and dispatched quickly. I'm very happy with the perfumes and they were the cheapest around. Good job guys I'll be back for more!
I ordered a perfume I had been wanting for a while, and then I placed the order as I saw it was in stock, I came on here to write this review to thank them for such lovely and rocket speed next day delivery, I saw the other reviews and was a bit worried, but they send constant email updates that it has shipped and where the parcel is at, I'm very I'mpressed and thr perfume is lovely, many thanks to all of you,xx
Once I ordered 2 items and one of them what I've got was a man version. /I ordered 2 women perfumes/ Next time I ordered 30 ml and got 100 ml /I thought this is a compensation 😁/ Once my order didn't arrive and /after a conversation/ Paypal transfered back the money to me. Unfortunately recently this paying option not available.:-/ So like 75-80% I got my real order in time. They send the confirmation and dispatch email but not really answer if I have some problem or question. 🫤
I think they need to change the ppl who pack the items because sometimes it seems they just mixed it up the orders. And they should improve their communication skills because not to answer, isn't the best way to keep their costumers.
Instead of my item all I received was an empty mailing bag, which had a tear and it was taped over. It was obviously tampered with. The company doesn’t reply to emails and rejects calls. Royal Mail does not allow the recipient to open a claim. Not a reliable or trustworthy company. Avoid!
I was delivered the complete wrong cologne. They gave me one with a name starting with the same letters but not the actual name. I have been trying to contact customer support to get my issue fixed but haven't been able to get hold of anyone.
I've called, emailed and put in a support request.
*Update:*
I managed to get in contact via their WhatsApp number after nothing else worked.
They were very helpful and sent a replacement. Evri was then incapable of delivering it for some reason so they gave me a refund.
I changed my rating from 1 to 4 stars due to the good customer support. Just a shame I had issues in the first place.
I placed an order at the end of January, I received notification that my package was on the way to my house via EVRI but I at work so diverted it to a local click and collect shop, I was still tracking it and was informed it was out for delivery I waited a few days then went to the shop who informed me that they don't collect diverted packages. I then contacted EVRI who told me to contact the seller so they could receive the package back, I did so via their website, WhatsApp and via email no response.
Eventually after over 3 weeks now February got a contact number and was informed they would contact EVRI and was given an apology for them not responding to my emails, I was told they contacted EVRI and it would be on the way, that didn't happen so I called again on the 20/2/24 and was told I would get a refund they also sent email on the 21/02/24 saying refund on the way as of yet I haven't received it.
I had done a review before and removed it as I spoke to someone who apologised, so I felt ok no need to write a review I been checking my account no refund received and no email or telephone call from E& A.

I ordered some fragrance from them on 6th December, it's now 15th still not delivered and when I track the item with tracking number provided it states they are awaiting the parcel. Communication by email WhatsApp or t/c impossible.
I don't recommend at all.
Used this site 4 times. Twice in 2023 and twice 2022.
Never had a problem. everything arrived well packed on time. Very good prices will use again.

It’s a scam ! Be very wary. More than 2 weeks & item has not been received. Tracking numbers (Hermes) likely fake as they’ve been expecting package for 2 weeks loool
I've placed multiple orders with them and on the last one there was an item missing. Customer service hasn't replied back after a month of regular messages.
Avoid. It's a scam. Ordered two items and only one arrived. No customer service, no refund...money wasted.

If you look at Google reviews + Trustpilot you will see many others, like I, have had awful experiences with the customer service at EA distribution.
I ordered from Germany and was charged without any upfront information 30 Euros from EA`s bank HSBC for the payment transfer. This had increased my purchase price by 20%. I think this should be communicated upfront to a non-UK-customer.
On top off one of my ordered fragrance bottles was broken and empty due to bad packaging. Good: Was offered an exchange right away - but it took 4 weeks and one reminder to finally get the replacement bottle.
Ordered a bottle of ASAD by Lattafa and product arrived in first class condition within a week.
