Started purchasing star trek ships for my son for Christmas last year and we have both been impressed with the service from eaglemoss we have recieved. Parcels arrive quickly and in excellent condition for gifts plus the quality of the product is og an exceptionally high standard so much so i have purchased many more since for others and strongly recommend them to others. The prices can be a bit steep but tbh your paying for a quality collectable.

So...I couldn't remember why I deleted my login info for this site, but after placing an order worth $255...I remembered why!! Seriously....for that kind of a purchase, 7 ships, I can't even get an order confirmation email 24 hours later as promised?!!?!?!! I even tried calling a rep who stated that she would resend it (very non-enthusiastically and rushed me off the phone) and - nothing! Tried emailing the customer service email....they ghosted me, it seems! HOW ELSE AM I SUPPOSED TO GET THE TRACKING LINK FOR MY ORDER SHIPMENTS?!?! I have 3 pre-orders and 4 in stock items; I would LOVE to be confident that I would be able to track my orders...all of them, when the time comes!! But this is just it....they're lack of customer service AND follow through is why I swore last time that I would never order directly again....and then I forgot. ugh!

Nice things - not so easy to order
It is not easy to order because the names in the broschures are different to the online names. Also it is not clear when/ how you can get things which are not available yet. And: too much newsletters, every day with discount offers but I can‘t catch them really.
The good thing: I make my brother happy with the space ships!

Received damaged taped together display box!
The "Display Box" of the Talarian Observation Craft arrived with various torn areas and was taped up by your staff for shipping. As a serious collector I expect the boxes, especially the so-called display boxes to be in good shape, not ripped and taped back together. Such a box should not be sent to anyone ordering a new item. If you have such damaged merchandise you should sell it at a reduced price and labelled as "damaged". I will be sending a claim asking for a replacement.

300 SL kit abandoned by Eaglemoss…
Well it has been over a year since my last posting about the MB 300SL kit and I have not received another shipment. I have invested many hundred dollars in a half built kit for which I see no conclusion. I think Eaglemoss should reimburse me for the money invested since they are not going to complete the kit.
No Tracking Information
I have had issues getting tracking information for over a year. I order quite a lot of items, and I have NEVER received tracking info. The last time I brought this issue up, their response was:
"Our customer service team has sent you 18 responses since the beginning of January, and I can see that at least 22 automated emails (including all shipping confirmations) were rejected by either your ISP provider or you have block set up on your inbox."
They went on to say;
"I’m sorry that we were unable to reach you. Unfortunately, until this rule is removed on our email address (customerservice_eaglemoss_address), you will not be able to receive responses from our team, or any shipping notifications. Some of the emails you have received would have been sent from a different email address and therefore bypass any rule currently in place."
My response was:
"I have to reiterate that the email address customerservice_eaglemoss_address is indeed on my safe list. I do, and have, received numerous emails from customerservice_eaglemoss_address in the past. I have received automated responses for every email I have ever sent Eaglemoss via customerservice_eaglemoss_address. I also receive automated responses when I purchase items. So, the fact that you are telling me that 18 responses and 22 automated responses were rejected since January just reinforces the fact that something is wrong on your end."
For the record:
"I have received 22 automated messages, and 18 responses to my emails since the beginning of 2022! Coincidence? I think not (the automated responses match those in their response as non deliverable)." 10 emails I never received responses to - again same email address customerservice_eaglemoss_address. All were about issues.
Why would I be receiving "Thank you for your purchase", "Thank you for contacting Eaglemoss" (both automated) and responses for missing/damaged items, all from customerservice_eaglemoss_address, but not responses to my issues or tracking information? Their warehouse provides the tracking info. I have attempted on numerous occasions to get a contact at the warehouse so I can discuss this issue with them. Instead I get brushed off with the "We'll send this issue to our corporate folks to handle". Guess what - no response, and no resolution.

Poor feedback from site!
Although the product range is excellent the coordination and communication of availability is poor, very poor.
I have bought a number of products from this site and am happy with them but remain disappointed in the lack of follow of 'let me know when available' - I have flagged several items but have found that feedback is late, in error or just not happening - my latest order was made by luck after the piece became available and yet I had not been informed.

I have been trying to get this “set”…
As of today’s date, 07/10/24, this company has sent nothing to complete the “collection. I have been trying to get this “set” completed for OVER 4-5 years. I have had the headaches of dealing with this company and will NOT EVER recommend this company nor will I purchase from this company again…. I have had MULTIPLE pieces that were broken, mags that were torn, pages glued together, water stained, to say a few.
I have NEVER received shipments in the time frame of 7-10 days. The shortest amount of time has been weeks.
I sent in a change of address and I was notified it was changed on 1/25…BUT , I was told a shipment had been sent out already…blah, blah, blah. That shipment was NEVER received at either addresses. (According to post office, would be returned to sender) Now you want to charge me TWICE?
NOW, after your company told me the address “IS CHANGED”, I have waited to receive shipments ….imagine that….I NEVER RECEIVED ANY!!!!!!!!!!!!
And again, you want to charge me double for something that is probably sitting in YOUR warehouse.
I “GIFT” that I purchased for my son at Christmas 2017 has become THE NIGHTMARE AFTER CHRISTMAS!!!!
He was tired of dealing with this screwed up company…this is the reason for the address change. I am wanting this “collection” to be complete. At what point will this company get their act together? I am betting on NEVER!

Ignore any contact you make…
I am off work with cancer and on half pay. I asked the company to cease shipments in good time before this months was due. The last request being at the end of February. Today on 17 March they have charged me 71.88, causing issues with my account balance. It is like they just stuck two fingers up to me. I cannot even afford the return shipment costs.

Product never arrived which is obviously not Eaglemoss's fault , however since then its been nothing but a joke with messages saying the refund is done then emails asking for payment method Information so they can do the refund then a phone call to them to be told it's done to then get another email asking for payment method Information so they can do the refund .Useless

Fraudulent company
I have not received my subscription to the Doctor Who Figurine Collection since August 2021. I have contacted Customer Service on multiple occasions and told of delays, that my order will be sent in the next months’ payment run, but it didn’t. I am constantly being told issues have been sent to the warehouse. The figurines made by Eaglemoss can be purchased at Forbidden Planet and their customers are 10 figures a head of me. Eaglemoss have been happy to increase their price and take my money but seem unable to then do provide the goods you have paid for. I am now at the point of taking fraud action against the company as after 6 months of getting nowhere and a significant loss of money I have no other choice.
