Good selection of figures and ships to.choose from for myself and my son who has a few! Of the figures

I am a loyal eaglemoss customer and as always appreciate the quality and variety however recently I have been as others slightly irrated by the disruption to deliveries I appreciate much of the reasons are outwith your ability to determine however more communication would be appreciated and perhaps hold back advertising new lines you can't honour. Still a loyal fan.

This was my first buying experience with Eaglemoss Collections. I bought a couple of Doctor Who items. It was delivered very quickly within 3 days. Unfortunately after opening just the one box there was only the one item. I was missing another item so contacted customer service and sent various photos of proof of delivery, label and box to prove it was only one item. They were quick to respond by resending a replacement item which arrived the next day. Great customer service to resolve in such an efficient manner. If there was a slight negative to the actual product itself would be the painting of the model itself which was very disappointing. A bit more care and attention to the painting of the models to make sure that all parts are covered in that particular colour and that there is no paint transfer onto other parts of a different colour and also parts are streaky with the brush strokes. For the price of the models I would have expected a higher degree of finish especially to the minute parts which again let down the model when on display. This would be the only thing that would put me off purchasing again unless the quality control was checked before boxing and sending as you are putting these in a collectors market from your website and display boxes.The booklet inside is a nice edition and gives plenty information on the model itself.

The models are mainly high quality. Additionally, I just love the science fiction model ship collections, especially from the Star Trek universe. Somehow there are some problems regarding the deliverability of some items. Some of them I already ordered over one year ago and still did not receive the items. The customer service is helpful and offer some replacements, however, if you just want to have a complete collection, this does not help. But of course, it is not the customer service`s fault... So generally, my experience is positive. The production surely needs some tweaking...

I ordered a Cylon Raider and it was delivered very quickly and was package well so as to protect it. It was very well presented in its box and when opend I found a really beautifully well made model of one of my favourite ships of the genre. It is displayed on its stand and looks fantastic. Worth every penny. I've also ordered the Space 1999 Eagle and I'm really hoping they will do a UFO interceptor in the future.

Fantastic site, had one look and have now become an avid collector just for the DC collectors titles alone! Great choice and excellent quality. Never had any issue with any delivery or quality, first class merchandise and device!

I order lots of goods from Eaglemoss and the quality is good. I have been collecting items for Dr Who for 54 years and Eaglemoss has come along and has helped me collect in recent years. I shall continue to do os.

Very pleased with the products well made and painted great detail fast delivery strong cardboard boxes used to keep the items safe.DPD much better with delivery now it seems .
Hopefully the Doctor who figurines will start to be delivered more quickly ,has been very slow lately items not arriving quickly.

I’ve been collecting Star Trek ships from eaglemoss for a few years now. They are always top quality with fast delivery. As a lifelong Trekkie I am delighted with this company.

I was impressed. The book I bought was on sale, so it was much cheaper than anywhere else. When it arrived it was in pristine condition and beautifully packed. It arrived very quickly and with an excellent courier, who gave notice of when it would be delivered. All in all, a great experience! Would use again.

It’s great to find a place with so much great stuff that I love , I’m glad someone has a similar interest of collectibles. Been collecting here and there for years but it’s all here and a good delivery time at reasonable prices too .

I wouldn't recommend Eaglemoss Collections for anything unless it was a finished and complete model.

I built the Nissan GTR and Engine over the course of a year and half and found that their instructions are very poor and several pieces not fitting right where you have to make a lot of modifications to get it to fit. Also if you plan on using their videos guides on YouTube, which are incomplete at the time of this review, are not any help and they stopped making them about 1/3 of the way through.

Customer service is ok for the couple of times that I called them but in this day of the internet, you would think that you could manage your build up online but you can't. You have two options and that is either calling or emailing support to make any adjustments such as payment or address changes or to simply cancel.

For the amount of money that I spend, around $70 per shipment, I would expect way more from Eaglemoss.

I love the products I've got even when 1 was broke on deliver they where very helpful and fair they replaced the broken 1 very grateful

I am old time fan of starship collectibles and eaglemoss is providing reach choice of some. Lately i found models not only from star trek but other s-f movies like the expanse, star gate and alien. It is only a bit disappointing that star gate models run out so fast. Other dissapointment is fact that i am waiting for space 1999 eagle craft over year now

Absolutely disgusting service ! Items paid for but never arrived. Got in touch to change address as I moved house no confirmation as to wether they did change my address so when they eventually send my items it will go to my new home. I've been waiting over 5 years for items that's right over FiVE YEARS !! last time I got in touch I asked for my money back they said they would send the items...guess what NOTHING. You email them you get a automated reply. You phone them noone answers.
Absolute joke. This was before COVID so that's not an excuse.
