Arrived in Chicago for our holiday and Danny brown and the lads in eagle rider had our bike sitting ready for us .. they were friendly and offered us a cold drink to refresh us .. gave us a quick rundown on the bike and had us on the road in no time.. very polite and friendly lads .. gave us some useful information about our trip also .. they couldn’t have been anymore helpful..thanks again Danny

We hired a bike for 10days from Eaglerider Chicago last year August 2022 for our Sturgis adventure. Easy pick up and dropped off. Helpful and friendly staffs. Thank you, Danny Brown and all Eaglerider Chicago staffs for being part of our memorable riding experience!!🙏😀

We rented a few motorcycles from Eagle rider Phoenix, AZ, it was such a great experience. The motorcycles were shar. Clean and in good condition. The people working in the office were really nice with us.

Round trip to Arizona we good friend, renting motorcycle on this location with everything we need and a good staff that make sure we have a safe and pleasant experience.

I,m absolutely amazed that Eagle Rider has a 4.5 star rating. When I last looked in september 2022 they had a 1.9 star rating. I had a poor experience with them. My friend was different and had a better experience. He has been approached directly by Eagle Rider to provide a good review with the promise of reduction in motorcycle rental costs on a future trip.Take note that all the reviews are December 2022, just after I suspect a generic email was sent to previous renters offerering similar discounts. Please DO NOT trust this company and if you do rent with them. Check the terms and conditions. For those from the UK I,m out £7000 to this company with no hope of getting it back. DO NOT LAY OUT MONEY UP FRONT TO THESE BANDITS. If you have any issues, you most certainly will not see any cash back. You have been warned.

We were on our honeymoon in Las Vegas November 11, 2022 and decided to rent Harleys. It cost me me $600. When we got to the Harley dealership it was extremely windy and very cold, we chose not to ride. I had read if you cancel there is no refund on your money. So I wasn’t expecting anything. We went in and talked to the manager, he said he could issue a credit for the $600. I had never got the credit so called them back and they told me they had refunded my money 100% to my cc. which they did. We were beyond happy I did not expect that . So we just want to say thank you in Las Vegas eagle riders manager

This is my second time as a client of EagleRider and the experience myself and my girlfriend had was second to none. I probably won't do justice with my words the kindness and care that was given to us.

After our whole vacation we both agreed that Frederique was THE highlight of our trip. From the moment we met he was so endearing and helpful.

Operationally, he was thorough in the walk through of the bike operation and clear when signing off on documentation.

His social skills ! I felt like we had met our long lost uncle. He gave us such good recommendations about the area, places to eat, ways to experience the real culture of NYC. He gave us his number incase we run into any issues on our journey or if we needed any advice on any aspect of our trip.

Upon returning, he was just as kind to literally take us back to our hotel via bus and subway as he was headed home that way. He gave us a defacto guided tour of the the skyline , the walk, and provided some cool history information.

He even offered to help us on our next visit so we can explore more of Brooklyn and Queens.

I couldn't rate anyone this notable on my previous vacations to date. Truly , truly , thank you so much.

Ive been a member for 6 years now, and ride at least once a month all summer. Allen is the best. Super friendly, fun to chat with, helpful, and mindful of your time. Gets you on the road quickly without feeling rushed. Always a 5 star experience here. And plenty of bikes to chose from to match your style, abilities, or trip. So go see these guys and get on the road!

Rented a Tri-Glide for the 1st time. Danny and his staff were Top Notch. Experience was professional and fun. I will definitely be back.

This eagle rider is amazing! I had a membership for a year, got 2 friends to sign up for one, and then have been riding with them for 2+ years (sharing credits).

Price: With a membership, the cost per ride is very reasonable. Especially when you factor in the full insurance cost. Easily the cheapest option!

Options; There are quite a few cool bikes to choose from. Eagle rider has enabled me to try out a few different styles and bikes. From street, to sport, to cruisers, they have everything! Including my personal favorite, some electric Zeros!

People: Alan is the main point of contact that I've had during my time. I'm always excited to chat with him. He's passionate and knowledgeable about all the bikes. He is always super helpful and accommodating and tries to do everything he cans to ensure we have a good time. And he's just a nice personable dude with fun stories. He's definitely a big part of why I like this eagle rider.

My only complaint (really a personal inconvenience) is the location. I live in Seattle, so coming down to Burien and leaving my car isn't always ideal (especially because it's not the safest area). That and the hours sometimes makes it hard to schedule rides around but this is a personal nitpick more than anything.

I highly recommend Eagle Rider and Alan and his team!

Rented a Yamaha T700 for a 4 day trip. Bike was ready when I arrived and in great shape. They got me out quickly and I had no issues at all with the rental. I will rent from San Francisco Eagle Rider again in the near future.

Alan always makes me feel well taken care of! As a female rider, feeling respected is important in this industry. We always have a good chat about other bikes that I don’t typically ride and what they can offer. The bikes are always in great condition helping me feel confident on the road. Great experience every time and I look forward to next spring to get on some of their bigger bikes!

Eagle rider takes great care of its clients, every experience has been superb, even when I dropped a bike (I take full insurance). This last year I went a number of times to Burien Seattle branch, Alan always takes great care of me and my pals, he's a customer first kind a guy.

Awesome. Alan and Jesse are clearly doing everything they can do to make the rental ride experience as easy and enjoyable as it can be. I've been a regular customer at this location since 2017 or so, and while I have always been happy with the service, since Alan took over, things have only gotten better. His communication is great, he keeps me posted on deals and opportunities, and he keeps me coming back. Highly recommend! You won't be disappointed!

The two guides DJ & April were exceptional
Didn't like having to go into a town each evening to an inner city hotel, the Laughlin hotel was not good and wouldn't recommend.
A lot of freeway riding, but was unavoidable due the amount of miles we needed to cover
We enjoyed the whole experience, good company and excellent service

I have always had a positive experience with all of my rentals thru Eaglerider and will continue to rent thru them especially because the GM Danny Brown always makes sure my bike is ready to go when I get there. Can’t wait for next season to start up again!!

I've been an Eaglerider member since 2016 & rented my first bike with them in 2009. The convenience of getting a late model, completely serviced bike for trips is priceless. I've traveled from the Seattle location almost every summer since 2016 and it's always been an excellent experience both pick up and drop off.

Rented from Seattle and also from San Antonio. Both locations were great and everyone was real nice. Would rent from them again. Wonderful riding country around both locations.

Seattle Eagle Rider is the best! Always there with a smile and very helpful. The team is amazing! No question is to small. Very knowledgeable about how to structure your ride and the bikes they offer. Rented bikes now for years and always have a fabulous ride!
