Great customer service and support.
First of all, the ease it's to reserve the bike of choice. I travel to Chicago every year since 2016 and my motorcycle is ready when I get off the plane. I fly in from Germany in June of each and go on two-to-three-week adventures. The General Manager for EagleRider Chicago Mr. Danny Brown is the gentlemen that takes care of everything for me. He knows I ride long distances and ensure I have the highest quality bike with nothing but safety in mind. Awesome place to rent from and won't go anywhere else. I know he takes care of me, but I truly think he takes care of all who walk through the door.
Best trip ever!
My wife and I live in Maryland and took a 12 day trip covering 2000+ miles in Montana, Idaho and Wyoming. The trip started at Eagle Rider in Missoula. Larry was great to work with and offered a few key spots to hit. The bike was a key part of the trip and Eagle Rider came through for us with great service!
we have been Eagle Members now for over…
we have been Eagle Members now for over year, we have a group of 12 bikers, that enjoy going around USA always had a great experience with the rentals. this is our 4th trip, we rode from Los Angeles the PCH San Francisco and Yosemite National park
I rented twice at the Chicago eagle 🦅…
I rented twice at the Chicago eagle 🦅 rider rental facility.
Both rentals were very smooth. Danny Brown and the staff at the Chicago facility were more than accommodating.
If I need to rent another bike I’ll hopefully have Danny Brown assist me and the rental experience will be as easy as my last two rentals.
He Proposed!
We had an awesome experience with Leann and the crew at Eagle Rider! My boyfriend and I took a trip out to the Hoover Dam and Grand Canyon West, where he proposed to me! Such a good time and super glad we were able to take a motorcycle ride.
Route 66 (10 years to get it done)
After spending 10 years planning, forgetting and re-planning, we eventually booked our route 66 tour with eagle riders.
The booking system was well supported and very straight forward. One point to share as an opportunity the hotel bookings for the first and ;last night came quite close to the Holiday starting, not a problem, a little earlier may help.
Our guide ride leader Graham met us the night before and we spent a great night getting to know each other.
As the trip started, it is clear we had under estimated the time we would be in the saddle. I would recommend if you're booking the Route 66 route spend a month of two taking tides over 6 hours to become more ride ready.
Each day was an adventure to unfold, the experience begins early for breakfast and the to load the van with your ever increasing luggage (So many shops and so many T shirts and souvenirs).
Then hot the road and onward, Route 66 is a dwindling part of USA history and so the rides often need to snake around the interstate, the madness of the interstate is worth the experience as you drop then onto quite rolling roads. in Illinois and Oklahoma a riders dream, into the middle America with the growing crops fields and soya bean plants, through cosy small towns with the quiet country feel, moving into mid west towns that then give way to the west and the desert landscapes, every way you look a view to take your breath away. (Then you realize you didn't turn your camera on!!!).
Each section brings a new feel, on a bike you are immersed in the USA or new and old, the smells that can be challenging on the outskirts of industrial towns give way to evocative and exotic small town smells.
Each day you become more comfortable with the big Harley, until after 6 days you're throwing it around like a Honda 600. The forgiving well balanced machine is your steed through the cities and the wilds, well services as we picked up in Chicago.
The bike allocation process was well organised and the first taste of T short heaven (or hell) depends on your views.
With long days in the saddle and so much to take in, when reaching your hotels around 6 p.m. you're ready for a quick shower, bite and to bed, refreshed for the next day, all hotels were well appointed for the stays we had, not big and flash and yet not bargain basement.
As the ride comes to an end you Begin to see how the group has blended and become a family. But the end must come and finally Santa Monica pier looms large in your days.
What an achievement, supported by Graham and Nuii, kept everyone onboard and pointing forward.
Graham leading the ride, taking point and showing everyone the way.
Nuii following behind keeping everyone safe, Nuii always going the extra yard and mile to help.
If you want an adventure book before modern America takes all of Route 66 away.
Great experience
I have been an eagle rider member for three years and every ride and experience has been great. Rafael has helped me numerous times to decide which bike was best suitable for my ride also very knowledgeable about local routes and trails that I have taken.
Great Motorcycle Rentals
I’ve been renting motorcycles from EagleRider San Francisco for over a year, and I can’t recommend them enough. They have a great selection of motorcycles, and the bikes are always in great condition.
The staff is friendly. Sam (who’s usually there when I rent) always makes sure I’m comfortable with a bike before taking it out. He has plenty of recommendations for routes and what to rent next.
There are a ton of places to ride near the city. I recommend taking CA-1 north if the weather is great or south going and swinging by Alices. Both are great rides just outside the city.
PS If you rent from them often, their membership deals can’t be beat! Might be worth looking into if you plan to ride on more than one occasion.

I’ve rented several times in Burien (Seattle WA)
They treat me like a friend, and hav a good selection of bikes. Definitely check them out. Even last minute they will try to get a bike for you. Give them a call
Awesome experience
We were very pleased with our experience using Eagle Riders. After our first time using them for renting a Harley we decided to join the club which has helped us save money on future rentals. The bikes are in great condition and the customer service was excellent. We were given loads of information on scenic routes to take and “local” spots to check out that tourists wouldn’t typically know about. Highly recommend Eagle Riders!
I loveeee renting here
I loveeee renting here! Anytime i need help, have questions i ALWAYS call for Leann lol. My rental experience isn’t the same if she isn’t there. If your in town stop by and meet her you won’t regret it!
Best Motorcycle Rental Service
Since 2020 I've been a frequent renter and member of Eaglerider - primarily out of San Francisco and Las Vegas. With a wide selection of bikes (which often get updated!) and an outstanding support staff, you can rest assured that your riding experience will be top notch. Most of my rentals have been checked out by Pascal and I can personally attest to his excellent customer service and bike/riding knowledge. If you're in Vegas and he's handling your rental, you'll be well taken care of.
Look no further for the best bike rental experience.
Thumbs up
Just spoke with Dan in Customer Service. He was really knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve been using EagleRider for about 15 years and have always been satisfied. It’s a great way to see the country on 2 wheels when you don’t have the vacation time to bring your own bike. They’re also a little easier on your wallet if you take advantage of their deals. Never had a bad experience here.
Great Service
I've rented from EagleRider 4 times now. Twice out of Seattle and twice out of San Francisco. Both teams have been excellent. I generally end up making arrangements very late in the day and the teams at both sites have gone out of their way to accommodate me, get me the bike that I wanted and helped with panniers etc. Always friendly, always happy to help with routes, bikes always in good condition and ready to go.
All round great service.
We've rented amazing Harley Davidson…
We've rented amazing Harley Davidson motorcycles thru Eagle Rider several times now in Las Vegas. Our favourite customer service representative, Leann, is very accommodating, knowledgeable and offers very friendly service with a smile. She goes out of her way to make us extremely happy customers, and tries hard to get us the bike we want or one that is similar. Eaglerider makes the rental part simple and easy. We’ll be back!!
Man what can I say I travel to la a lot…
Man what can I say I travel to la a lot and like to ride and Leann always helps me out! I’m always last minute and she gets me the bike I want and in and out with out any issues! Not to mention this place is super nice !
A long time EagleRider customer
A long time EagleRider customer. Always have very positive experience with them. To close out the riding season, I rented a Street Glide while visiting my parents just outside Chicago. Took a day ride to Galina - just beautiful. Danny Brown from ER Chicago was very accommodating and got me on the road fast. This is why I keep coming back.
Great selection—efficient check in. And out
Pascal will set you up and give you real world advice being a rider himself. A lot of bike choices and. They maintain them well. I have 10+ trips and once I had a problem and they were super flexible and accommodating taking care of it. Great dudes. Parking sucks so get dropped off, or take BART like I do and get a burrito in the Mission on the way.
Enjoying my membership at EagleRider
My last rental was at the Staten Island, NY location and I am a repeat customer at this location. This is a great Harley dealership and Frederick who handles the rentals is simply outstanding. Frederick has even helped me with rentals at the NJ locations. I live in NJ and mainly rent bikes for people that are visiting me. I have also used EagleRider when I travel and have had great experiences. I have rented several times at the Scottsdale, AZ location and had a great time. I am very glad that I joined EagleRider and I recommend membership to others all the time. Keep up the good work!
Eagle Rider Rocks
I'm a long time Eagle Rider member and I travel a lot for work. I've rented in several states and have had excellent experiences in all. My favorite location is Chicago. Danny and his crew are always professional and courteous. The bikes are always well maintained and the countryside there is amazing. Thanks guys.
