Level 2 home buyer survey- Shaun burns was amazing his report was very good and he went over and beyond.
He also answer all my questions when I called him. Very good and it was worth the money found problems and explained how I could get it sorted.
After booking a Level 2 Homebuyers Survey Report I was contacted by Shaun (Surveyor )from Eagle Surveyors NI. The booking was so easy and staff were extremely pleasant and helpful throughout. Shaun attended the property on the date, carried out the survey and an extremely thorough report followed a few days later (so fast). The report was extensive, professional, very informative and well formatted. Use of camera, damp meter and drone made the report easy and enjoyable to read. I’ve had surveys done before, but none have been anywhere near as detailed or thorough as the one carried out by Eagle Surveyors.
The level of detail on every part of the property was exceptional, and everything was backed up with clear, annotated photographs, making the report incredibly easy to follow and understand.
I also opted for the drone roof survey, which was absolutely worth the small additional cost. It revealed roof and chimney defects that would never have been spotted otherwise—issues that could have caused significant damage down the line. Thanks to these findings, we were able to renegotiate the purchase price by £10,000.
Overall, I couldn’t recommend Eagle Surveyors highly enough. If you’re still unsure, simply compare one of their reports with another provider’s—the difference is huge.
We used Shaun twice to survey two properties, one of which was the property we purchased. Shaun was very professional and thorough in his work.
