This website and transaction was really cool. I was happy to see that my item was discounted at the checkout when using the discount code for first time customers. Then the item arrived very quickly.

Ordered an item 3 weeks ago. I received one email with my order details, saying the order would ship when payment was confirmed. I sent them a message through their website and never received an answer. Still waiting...

Fraud site. Got a $400 Walmart charge after I made a purchase!

I ordered a bike for my daughter and received an email stating that they will ship the item once the payment was cleared. One week later they haven’t shipped the item and already taken my money. On top of it, I keep calling no answer go straight to voicemail and then few days after my card was used to purchase Kanye West shoes through Flightclub worth $2200, eBay worth $900 and Safeway for another $775.00.
This company is a FRAUD, I should have known better to research the company first before purchasing anything.
These people are low life’s and all they do is steal from others.

Placed an order with EAG Sales and they charged my card and there's really no workable way to contact them. Found out it's a scam phishing site when informed of this by my card issuer. They sell your information on the web after verifying that your card is good with a small charge, then you get hit by many larger charges. More of a hassle than anything

HORRIBLE!! Placed an order Saturday first thing in the morning, I received an order number on their website but got NO email or other communication. On Tuesday I followed up, sent an email, and tried to chat on their page. On Wednesday I still hadn't heard anything, so I tried calling, went straight to voicemail. Went back to their website- and there was a message that my payment was "denied" (its an American Express with $100k limit, and zero due), the $170 charge is still showing up on my card, and the rep says it should be "refunded" in 10 days... if the card was declined why would I be waiting 10 days for refund? And I don't want a refund, I want my order!! And maybe some COMMUNICATION.

HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! Not sure if its a scam, or if they sold me something they don't have in stock... but I would shop somewhere else!

SCAM! Call the number and you’ll see. The chat online have you wait for hours. They steal your credit info and make other purchases. Never send you what you pay for. It’s a complete scam. When you chat for help you are prompted to give them your name, phone and email. BUYER BEWARE.

Scam site! They never sent me the product I ordered and then tried to charge my card twice for it! I tried contacting them and then realized it was a scam. I then froze my account and within another couple of days, I had an attempted purchase for over 2,000. Not a coincidence at all! Disgusting people!!!

Zero stars and fraudulent company. Same story for me as everyone else who said it below. Do not order, save yourself the time and infuriating stress.

SCAM ALERT!!! I made two orders neither was fulfilled. Also paid extra for two day business shipping. Never received confirmation email. Luckily I took a screenshot of the confirmation receipt. What’s worse is that I was in desperate need of a certain type of diaper for my daughter and when they never arrived I contacted customer service via chat. This is when I was told “my card was denied but not to worry because my money would eventually be refunded after 10 days” I responded “ if my card was denied then why was the money taken out of my account” to which they replied “don’t worry you will get your money” Totally unprofessional scam do not waste your time!!!!

SCAM! Terrible Coustomer service. I tried to make a purchase on a Wednesday now four days later and no confirmation email about purchase. I've tried emailing 4 times inquiring about order and tried the online chat with no answer as well everyday. Terrible Coustomer service. definitely don't tell your friends to shop here. SCAM!

It’s crazy that you have to give one star to a complete scam..as though they earned a star. I ordered and didn’t receive an email confirmation. When I tried to “chat” and ask them about it, suddenly they were all busy.
Then I read the reviews...ugh!

Same experience as with other reviewers... Claimed my card was declined after I questioned them regarding them being called a scam by other customers. I have contacted my cc company and if anything negative happens, they know who is responsible.

This site is a scam. I found extremely rare toys on their site at unbelievable prices. You know what they say, "If it's too good to be true..." Fortunately I read the real reviews here that are mixed in with all the fake positive reviews before I bought anything. I've been scammed on other sites and this site is the same.

This company took my money two weeks ago and never shipped the item. They are not responding to emails and the phone number no longer works. Phishing scam!

Scam! Scam! Scam! I gave them a chance despite being skeptical. I haven’t seen any charges but I’m watching my card like a hawk. They stated their banking system denied my card. BS. Don’t buy anything from them! Liars.
