I initially left one star on their bike profile , but nevertheless it is one star for everything. We got a scooter that stoped working after couple times of using it. Contacting the company was impossible. I was writing an emails and finally called the number listed on the website. On the other end I met a guy with Chinese accent insisting getting an info about my banking account and credit card number. Did not listen to my concerns and did not provide any info about who and how to contact someone about my problem. I filed a dispute with my credit card company. Will see how it will go. Do yourself a favor and avoid these scammers.

This company provided a faulty scooter and sent incorrect parts and then stopped communicating. I have an electric scooter that stopped working 4 months ago. If anyone else has a problem similar to mine then here are details about the company that is publically available. You can initiate an EU small court claim for 25 euro and recoup the money you paid.

they have a presence in Belgium, Italy and Ireland.
In Eahora's Terms of Use a company called Kushigo Limited is listed which has an Irish address with a director named Xian Long.
2ND FLOOR, 1-2 VICTORIA BUILDINGS, HADDINGTON ROAD, DUBLIN 4, DUBLIN, D04 XN32, IRELAND - director is Xian Long.

I spent over 2300 euro and now they don't provide any support and am left with a useless scooter. You can claim up to 5k with a simple small court claim which they will have to reply to. I will provide additional information as this progresses. I will also post a video on Youtube and provide a link/details here.
In short - avoid this company - also called Mangosteen and Rooderscooter
