First, I e-mailed them just to make sure they are not in Asia selling fakes.... Am very suspicious... and got a reply within minutes from one of the very nice owners, Robert, giving me the story of the chair I wanted. Very smooth transaction, they said it would take 7 days to arrive and today, exactly 7 days later, the beautiful Lounge Chair is in my office, providing me with a much better seat for getting some serious work done! Great delivery, cheap shipping, excellent communication. I LOVE businesses like that; hassle free, no nonsense, real, great stuff, fast and actual humans who answer your questions.

Been wanting the classic Eames Lounge Chair for years! But decided wanted a proper vintage original and not a new one. This site is excellent and had a choice available. They answered all my questions by phone and email and help me pick one for me. I really couldn't be happier with the result it's fantastic and of course the service I got was exceptional.

Really helpful advice in the run up to buying shock replacements for my eames fibre glass shell to make sure I got what was needed. They are expensive chairs and so its important to get the right parts. Prompt and complete answers.

Dispatch and delivery was fast.

Items exactly as expected.

Given how tricky these parts can be to find in the UK, I'd considered ordering from the USA. Given the speed of delivery, my chair will be in use again in the time it would have taken to get from the USA, let alone fix and I doubt I'd have had the same level of help.

Just had a pair of Herman Miller Eames chairs delivered. Great condition, as described on their website. No hick-ups. Delivery by dpd made things easy, as it's a good company. Brilliant customer service by Eames (thanks Thomas). Very happy overall.

I thoroughly enjoyed buying a lot of 6 original DSR side chair from eames.com. I have never experienced such a prompt, personal and enjoyable customer service during online shopping. The chairs arrived to Iceland well packaged and in a very good condition, exactly as described on eames.com and during my email communications with the vendor. The shipping was very fast and remarkably cheap. Will definitely do business with eames.com in the near future and cannot recommend it highly enough for all the Eames addicts out there, especially those located in Europe, who until this day have been "starved" when it comes to reasonably priced original Eames furniture.
