À fuir absolument

À fuir absolument. Commande jamais reçue et aucune prise de responsabilité derrière.
Après plusieurs semaines d’attente et de nombreuses relances, le service client est soit inexistant, soit totalement inutile. Aucune solution proposée : pas de remboursement, pas de renvoi, rien. Juste du mépris pour le client une fois l’argent encaissé.
C’est clairement du vol . On paie, et ensuite on se débrouille seul.
Je déconseille fortement ce site, expérience catastrophique du début à la fin. Si vous tenez à votre argent, passez votre chemin.
