We ordered a chair in June 2021. Despite numerous promises that it will arrive, it hasn't.
No contact and now the website has disappeared.
AVOID!!

Ordered a chair feb 2021, 50% deopsit - they were quite plausible for their explanations for the delay and since december 2021 no longer answering ...

I ordered Eames chairs for my business. The chairs that [eventually] arrived were not what I ordered, Eamsi offered to discount the chairs if I would take them anyway but that was no use to me because they did not match my existing chairs so I asked for them to return my money and take the chairs back.

I have been unable to contact them since despite repeated efforts.

That really sums up this company, useless thieves that will make your life extremely stressful and leave you with a problem.

Save yourself from the stress, dont order anything from this company.

If companies in China paid attention to customer services they would really do well but they just dont seem to care.

An order was placed on the 15th February 2021. Today is the 21st September 2021 and still no delivery.
You can never get through to someone on the phone and e-mails go unanswered.
I would not recommend and I will never be using again.

I've order some office chair wheels on the 5th May 2021, they took 50% deposit payment from my credit card and haven't received any feedback since. Their customer support lines have been discontinued
or inexistent. This looks more like a scam. Don't buy anything with these people, you will only throw away your money.

Like another reviewer here Eamsi have taken a 50% deposit payment and been silent ever since.

I have not received any correspondence beyond the auto-reply checkout email despite writing to them 5 times.

They responded to my initial enquiry over four weeks ago regarding some enquiries now they have taken my money and gone silent.

Fraud.

Yup - It’s A SCAM people. A thin veneer of design on top of a fake store. BE WARNED!! 50% deposit taken and no further communication - and certainly no sign of a product.

Much better than expected, but took some time for delivery. The Eames lounger chair arrived and is as good as an original my wife originally wanted. Glad we went with this, rather than paying 10x more for the exact same thing. Delivery took 11 weeks, but they explained that there has been a lot of delays with covid. Sometimes difficult to get a quick responses from the support team which i think can be improved, but overall we are very happy with the chair.

I ordered March 18(Order #105112) two replacement armrest for an Eames Office Chair.
The company charged my credit card 50% of the order value.

Since then I didn't hear anything from the company - I sent them multiple messages without any response.

I have no problem with a long delivery time (the chair will wait also for months), but not getting any response, no delivery estimation and no calculation of the delivery price for 10 days is not acceptable.

The longer Eamsi stays quiet I'm afraid this company is a fraud and the products do not exist.

After many conversations and raising a dispute with the credit card company the spare parts I ordered finally arrived and were as advertised and good quality (almost 3 months after ordering). I have increased my review from one to two stars but would suggest you are very cautious in dealing with this company. See original one star review below:

Ordered spare parts for Eames office chair in November 2020, deposit taken ass items needed back order. Advised in early December that items were in stock and so paid balance. No further information or items received. Contacted company on multiple occasions and given various excuses. Most recently Told that I would receive tracking number of delivery immediately after (last three contacts). Now nearing the end of January 2021 I have not been notified of a delivery tracking number and haven't received any items.

I placed an order in early December for a chair. It still has not arrived (late Jan) no news. No contact response despite emails and calling. They simply don't answer the phone. Is this a con??? If there is anyone from East out there then please respond.

Ordered tho replacement parts (gas lifts) in mid-Nov.
3 Emails, Chat attempts, calls,... no reaction, no answer.

Still waiting for the order or refund, but I just don't know what to do. This shop seems to be either fraud or completely incapable!

I ordered twelve office chairs and many more articles. Altogether I bought items exceeding net worth 11.000€. I am especially disappointed of the service provided by EAMSI.
EAMSI delivered one broken chair. Another ordered and paid article (Steel Modular Furniture – net worth 900€) was not delivered at all. Furthermore, they delivered a wrong article. I did not get any PDF of the assembly instructions.
I paid an extra fee for special delivery to the 5th floor. The delivery could not be managed and I did not get any extra fee back.
The International Sales Manager was confronted for more than ten times. I always got a confirmation about a refund, but I never got any compensation. In fact, that´s a fraud, whereas after the payment no more service was provided.

There was literally no cooperation by EAMSI after the money arrived at their bank.
In total I am extremely angry and frustrated about my order. I am obliged to take legal action.

Purchased a chair Arne Jacobsen Spitfire Chair In formed chair would be ready12 weeks from order October 2018 initial deposit paid Contacted In December chair was ready to be shipped & paid further balance a total of £860 Chair eventually arrived in March 2019 5 months later with missing parts I stated that I had already waited a extensive amount of time I was advised that missing parts would been sent Parts arrived damaged & faulty
Assured further replacement parts would be sent which I have not been received
I have had to contact on numerous occasions with regards the progress of the required parts Numerous excuses given parts were en route but there were customs or shipping issues This I can only presume is a complete fabrication as now the company after numerous live chat & emails have still not sent parts
Further more there are no replies to email or live chat I placed good faith in the customer service team manager Zane Harris and I have also been extremely patient I would avoid this company at all costs My money has been obtained with faulty goods sent and still no replacement parts as promised I am now in the process of contacting my credit card company for a refund & informed the company to collect the chair for return for breach of contract

Brought a dining table there. good quality. Apart from arriving late everying is fine

I made a fairly big order furnishing a new house with tables, chairs and lounge chairs from Eamsi. They deliver the furniture the exact day I needed them. Great communication, Great service. I already re ordered for my new project! Thanks

Super happy with our order of Barcelona chairs. We contacted them in advance as we wanted to be sure the quality would be decent. They had to send us the samples a second time as the first batch never arrived. Delivery was faster than expected but still took around 8 weeks, but they allow you to make the chairs in any of their fabrics or materials so I think this is why it takes longer. Very happy with the quality, and the weight of the frames are quite heavy.

Very happy with my order, took exactly 10 weeks for my chairs to arrive here in Austria however the quality really is excellent. Great support from the service team especially in regards to updates on my order.

Eamsi have been very helpful indeed. Great online chat support and I am very happy with the products delivered. Excellent company.

Ordered two barcelona chairs and opted for the aniline leather black option after receiving leather samples in the post. The samples took almost a week to arrive as they where sent from Hong Kong. The chairs took just over 9 weeks to deliver but the result is excellent as they are spot on to the originals as we have some originals in our office Lobby and these look and feel exactly the same. Really happy with them and the service I received
