Virtually no support for their finicky products.

Really disappointed with this company. I'm having problems with my set of A-3 earbuds not connecting to each-other.

The support started off okay but they couldn't fix the issue and asked me to send videos which I did immediately. I had no reply for 4 days despite chasing.

They then replied with more generic advice which I tried, but I haven't heard back now for 5 days. They just don't care at all, so I'm gonna have to return them.

Just avoid, and go for a more reputable company.

Broken product. Lousy customer service.

Product broke after weeks. Customer service rude and unhelpful. After chasing multiple times tried to charge me another 99 euros just to get the earphones charging again. Completely scandalous.

This is meant to be a premium product. It definitely is priced as such. But clearly Earin have no interest in living up to the marketing.

Do yourself a favour and buy Apple instead.

Customers seem to be the last thing EARIN thinks about! Be aware!

I have followed and supported this company since their beginnings on Kickstarter, argued their corner on forums and recommened their products to all my friends and IMHO they let down the people that made them on a daily basis!

Whilst the products they produce are desirable and function well, the way they treat their customers is just awful.

The latest story being that they released a new product the Earin M-2 in WHITE just before Christmas, I have been asking the company about this product for over nine months. It was released with a small 10% discount to loyal customers etc. Then just 3 days after delivery they reduced them even more (30%) so another £40 cheaper... Great way to treat your loyal customers!

I have sent over 5 emails asking to discuss this and even to return my original purchase for a refund which is well within my rights and even stated this way on their website yet no one has even bothered to reply to me in any way shape or form!

When you support a company over several years, purchase 6 of their products at ~£200 a time I think you should expect a little more. Actually, in all honesty, even a new customer should not be treated this way and ignored.

I am just trying to make people aware that whilst the products are without doubt some of the best out there, Earin seems to have absolutely ZERO respect to their customer base so please be weary of this if you decide to purchase from them!

I feel completely let down especially after helping build this company (however a small a contribution at inception) from its start-up! :-(
