I have purchased several types of ear plugs from them and have always found them reliable and delivery prompt. Recently there was an issue with the earbuds I purchased and the replacement process was quick and efficient.

I purchased a couple different Howard Leight earmuffs from this site. While the customer service was email only, they were very responsive, and replied to a query about my order the same morning. I'm really happy with the products and customer service. Postage was through Australia Post and was sent without any delays. Would recommend this site and would purchase from here again

I’m a regular customer of the Sleeping EarJobs, which usually work very well for me. Recently I urgently needed a pair, but only the M/L size was available and no size or fitting guide was provided. Without guidance, the M/L caused significant ear and jaw pain and could only be worn once.

I purchased the mini size (which I have used in the past), when it became available and contacted customer service. Vanna, the Customer Service Manager, declined a credit citing hygiene policy, even though I offered to return the M/L pair ‘not for resale’ but to show they had only been used once.

While I remain happy with the mini product itself, I was disappointed that no goodwill solution was offered in this situation.

I ordered a pair of QuietOn ear plugs because my husband snores like he’s auditioning for a freight train. After several sleepless nights, I emailed explaining that a very desperate wife needed urgent assistance if her marriage was going to survive the night shift of snoring.

To Vannas credit, she must have sensed the desperation through the screen because the ear plugs arrived the very next day. I’m convinced someone in their team has lived through the same situation and knew immediate action was required.

Fantastic service, lightning-fast delivery, and hopefully the return of a peaceful night’s sleep (and a happily married household!). Highly recommend these for anyone sharing a bed with a champion snorer!

I bought my isotunes blutooth earbuds from earjobs through a very smooth process. Shortly after, the battery started playing up. I contacted earjobs and with a super quick response organised a replacement at no charge. Unfortunately the earbuds started playing up with the right speaker. Once again, correspondence was prompt and absolutely hassle free. I have my new pair on the way within 4 business days of mailing them. While my opinion of the isotunes brand may have dropped, the fast and understanding manner i was dealt with by Earjobs has locked me in as a return customer. In summary, after sales service is optimal and that reassures me of any purchase.

Such A personalized service ... They changed what I wanted changed quickly , warmly and the loops are life changing... No more headphones and more ability to be social and comfortable in the world.

I had an issue with a set of Bluetooth ear phones, I was given a full refund and discount as I upgraded to a different product.
The return process was fast and effective with great communication.

The earplugs don't do as advertised. I got the Alpine Sleeper ear plugs and not only is the husbands snoring still extremely loud, I can even hear the ceiling fan going.

Yes inserted correctly with a good seal, they just don't block sounds at all.

Earplugs ordered for Red Hot Summer tour. Fast delivery. Earplugs worked really well, could hear the music clearly & no music hangover. Have used them for smaller gigs a few times since. Awesome!

Fast shipping, accurate description, great range. My package was lost and the customer service team went far above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted out. Great site highly recommend.

So I took the plunge and spent a silly amount of money on what I thought would be a useful item for my son.
They arrived, nicely packaged but when I first saw them the doubts began.
A silly little funnel shaped piece of plastic that does not work.
We tried getting him to wear them a few times but after a minute or two they fall out.
Heavily overpriced and not working for even the most basic of requirements for earplugs, they don't stay in.
Feel like I was taken advantage of.

I placed an order online via their NZ site 01/12/24 a week later it had not arrived, i used the enquiry form and never got a reply. I then used the support@ email address a few days later and got a response advising they were out of stock but expected items within a couple days. They offered me the option to get a refund or change product selection. I went back advising my preference. 18 days since placing my order and money being deducted immediately from my credit card i still have received no products and no further responses from them on my order or request for a refund. This is such a poor experience i can't believe it. They are incredibly unresponsive. I do not recommend them at all.

I saw one of their ads on Instagram and thought that the prices for the Alpine MotosafePro earplugs were too good to be true...so i purchased them and they literally showed up to my door two days later.
Can genuinely recommend Earjobs, they have a huge range of products at great prices - 10/10

I ordered my items from Earjobs on Jan 18 2024 and they arrived promptly on Jan 22 2024. I will admit I purchased from Earjobs, before reading the reviews (some of them negative). So for the four days I was waiting for my order to arrive, I was slightly panicked thinking I'd ordered from a dodgy website. Turns out that is not the case at all. These guys are great, 10/10 for products, service and communication. I will %100 be ordering from them again.

Was cautious to use this company based on current reviews, but took a chance because it was the only company that had the item I wanted.
Payed via paypal for added security (like all my online purchases) and got order confirmation very quickly. They shipped my item the following day and received it quickly. Haven't required customer support, so can't comment on that.

I recently purchases Banz kidz ear muffs from Eajobs. It was a smooth process from the get go. I had a few questions and they were responded to promptly with the answers to my questions.
I purchased on the 31st of October and they were posted on the 1st of November and I received them on the 9th of November.
The product itself arrived and was exactly the way it was described on the site.
I highly recommend Earjobs they a good ompany with quality service and I will be going back for future needs.

So far, a month has passed and no delivery, poor, odd, irregular communication with Van. Won’t provide tracking details. I’m not convinced they are scammers yet but they have stressed me out so far. This could be because I paid on an invoice instead of the 2 options they had which I didn’t have.
