Thank ypu for your professemal service

I paid for Priority dispatch and despite tracking details telling me my product would arrive as scheduled, it never did. In fact, 2 months later it still hasn't arrived and other than admitting it was an error on their end, there was little solution offered by Early2Bed. Luckily I had purchased via Amazon and got resolution from them but I would recommend potential shoppers look elsewhere. I wish I'd read these other reviews before I purchased... it seems that under-delivering is their modus operandi.

Update: they have responded to this review requesting I contact an email address I've been responding to for over 2 months and being told a number of times "let me look into this" but other than admitting they didn't send it, there was no resolution from Early2Bed. I stand by my original suggestion that something is 'off' and potential buyers should look elsewhere. It's unfair based on one experience but the other reviews below have illustrated this isn't a one-off.

Being able to track my parcel while waiting for it and nice range of products especially the products I need

Didn’t receive item and zero response from company after several emails.

they sent the wrong product and refuse to respond to me. they stole $40 off me

Have not received the goods
One email saying good have been sent at the same time another email saying they couldn’t supply goods as per order and would replace with equivalent no explanation no replies to emails hopeless

Great but i though it had a better smell as i should of read properly so i want some the oil ones now as this ine does not have a great smell

Highly recommend early2bed, super fast dispatch. The first time I ordered from them my items were delivered the next day, the second time I ordered from them was late on a Wednesday and my order arrived the Friday afternoon which was rather unexpected being so close to Christmas. Competitive prices for popular brands. Discreet packaging. I will purchase from them again in future

I contacted them about not receiving my entire order and didn’t hear anything back. Nor did I get the rest of my order.

Ive messaged several times to get a refund and send it back but no one replies. Horrid service!

I'm so disappointed and disgust with this company in the same time.
I recieved my order but the items (delay creams) came with 04/23 expiry dates, so literally I'm not able to use these two creams in only 4 months and last time when I bought the same product on Amazon I got 11 months until expiry date. Anyway I try to reach them and I send them 2 emails without response.
I feel scammed and I will never ever leave my money to this company in the future.

Worst experience with online purchasing I’ve ever had. Nearly two weeks after ordering from them and no product has arrived. No replies to my requests for updates. Don’t go near this company
