Switched payment model that absolutely screws over anyone giving good amounts of bandwidth.
Before, users were paid $1 per GB, and you could keep track of how much bandwidth was being generated. I was making around $20-$25 a month
They recently switched to a new model that is 10$ a month for UNLIMITED data. Meaning if your device is running 24/7 with high bandwidth, earnapp can use as much data as it wants. The worst part is, is they don’t tell you how much is being used.
The admins / owners of the discord server in charge of communication with the community are hostile and unprofessional when addressing users complaints about this.
If you are anywhere else in the world, you get paid a measly $5 a month

While the new model offers up to $10/month per device, it’s important to note that this is for passive uptime, not tied to data volume. We no longer limit or report data usage per GB because earnings are now based on device availability and contribution, not bandwidth.
Moreover, other regions except US had a maximum possible earnings per IP of $3 monthly and now they can make up to $5, therefore we improved their earnings.

These guys went to a completely scummy business model yesterday. They stopped paying per gig or even reporting how many gigs of your data they are using and pay a maximum of $10 for unlimited data. So far they're using nearly 2X as much data as honeygain on my system.

My account got banned for "VM" or "Multiple account" or "proxy" I don't even know. they banned me right away after I put my withdraw, it's clearly a scam, I recommend you to just leave and stop using this application, lost like 10 bucks with this app.

This is 100% a scam. I connected Earnapp to my home PCs. Due to the nature of my work, I have many computers. Earnapp immediately gave the opportunity to pay out small amounts. But as soon as I collected a larger amount, they began to download gigabytes of traffic through me, up to 2 GB with a limit of 500 MB. After requesting a withdrawal, I was banned. The administrator said that I was using a proxy and began to demand documents with my personal data to unban. Naturally, I did not send this. I have never used a proxy. None of the services confirm that my IP address is somehow connected to a proxy. But their system says that I am using a proxy - which I do not have. This is a scam, do not fall for it.

As clearly stated in our Terms of Service , the use of proxies, VPNs, or any form of IP masking is strictly prohibited on EarnApp. Our system detected such usage on your account, which led to the suspension.
To ensure fairness, we gave you the opportunity to verify the IPs you claimed were provided by your ISP. At no point did we request any personal or sensitive information; we simply asked you to show your internet bill summary showing that the IPs in question were legitimately assigned to you by your internet service provider. This is a standard and reasonable step to confirm compliance with our policies.
Unfortunately, you refused to provide this basic verification, which left us unable to proceed with reactivating your account or processing any pending payments.
We understand your frustration, but labeling EarnApp as a scam is not accurate. EarnApp is a product of Bright Data, a globally recognized and reputable company in the data industry. We’ve been operating for over 4 years, with thousands of verified payments made to users around the world. Withdraw while you can or They'll Suspend your account
Almost reached $6 on the app, and my account was apparently suspended for no valid reason, although the customer service claimed I was manipulating the app or being fraudulent, all I knew was my WiFi battery went flat and I didn't know, I opened the app and boom!!! a message comes up "your account has been suspended due to fraudulent activities". That was when I even noticed my wifi has turned off. Well, seems users would be manipulating the app after completing tasks and approaching a certain amount to be withdrawn.. what a complete waste of time and effort.

GREAT WEBSITE
After using Earnapp for over a year, I can say I was completely wrong about the company. They offer numerous ways to earn money without any issues, and while PayPal payments can sometimes take a while, they are always completed successfully. So far, I've earned $165 without any payment problems. Thanks to Earnapp for providing a solution for people who want to earn a little extra money each month.

I have used EarnApp for quite a long…
I have used EarnApp for quite a long time, withdrawn twice, and it worked. However, there are some bad things. Recently, my laptop has been working more slowly, and the app hasn't checked for updates. I decided to uninstall the old version of EarnApp on my laptop, and my god, the log files in roaming are way too much; it took me more than 10 minutes just to remove the logs.
Update: EarnApp has replied to my feedback, and I hope that EarnApp can optimize the app for more security and performance. I will give one more star for the reply.

Update 07/06/2025: After reviewing your report, we can inform you that this situation normally occurs when the user does not restart the device or EarnApp for an extended period. The old files deletion process occurs when EarnApp is initiated and cannot be deleted while EarnApp is in use, as this would disrupt the proper functionality of the app.
Therefore, if the user does not restart EarnApp or the device for long periods, those files will accumulate.
