After days of waiting and following up, their support finally admitted they canceled the transaction because my faucet activity was "higher and more frequent than what we would normally expect."Essentially, they punished me and withheld my funds simply for using their platform actively. To make matters worse, the canceled $0.20 was never credited back to my account balance—it just completely disappeared. If a platform goes to these lengths to avoid paying out twenty cents to an active user, they cannot be trusted with larger amounts. Save your time and stay away.

I had 2 of my payouts to FaucetPay get automatically cancelled with no recharging to my total balance. I reached out to their support and explained my situation. They explained their reasoning, I explained my side of the story and they quickly followed through and sent both of the payments.

I completed tasks on this platform legitimately without using any bots, scripts, or multiple accounts. However, when I requested a payout, my withdrawals were cancelled.

Support sent templated, copy-pasted emails accusing me of rule violations without providing a single piece of evidence, log, or details. When asked for proof, they refused to provide any internal details and declared the decision final.

They do not respect user time and refuse to pay legitimate earnings. Save your time and stay away from Earnbitsun!

I could have given two stars, since the first payout did go through. But I won't, thanks to the brainless AI in customer support.
The second payout got stuck in "pending" at first, then was cancelled. The transaction date changed in the process, yet they keep insisting that the coins were returned to my account.Squeezing pennies out of people who are spending their time—that’s low!

This site is a scam. When I withdraw for the first time on this site with the minimum amount to test if the withdrawal on their platform is working. And guess what! It did not work. At first my withdrawal is pending and after to 3 to 4 days, my withdrawal is cancelled and my earnings did not return on my balance. And when I emailed their support about the issue, they say that maybe I am using a vpn and have a multiple account on their platform. But I said to them that it is impossible because it was my first time on their platform. And they did not reply after that. And not answering my main issue on why they cancelled my withdrawal. To all the FAUCET EARNERS! Please DON'T TRUST THIS SITE
