Bad customer service experience

am a resident of Pennsylvania (570 area code) and a long-term user of EarnIn. I am filing this complaint due to a total lack of consumer recourse regarding a financial dispute on my account (Phone: 570-369-9889). Despite multiple attempts to resolve this via their internal chat, I have been repeatedly "stonewalled" by automated scripts claiming the company does not offer phone support. This is unacceptable for a financial services provider handling earned wages. I have had to resort to hiring a private courier to hand-deliver a formal Demand Letter to their Mountain View, CA headquarters today, March 24, 2026, as they have effectively "ghosted" all digital communication. Their refusal to provide a live supervisor to discuss a documented financial dispute is a violation of fair business practices. I have already initiated contact with the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General (Scranton Regional Office) and the PA Department of Banking. I am requesting an immediate phone call from a supervisor to resolve this matter before further regulatory action is taken.

Earnin needs to care WHEN customers get paid

My review is near perfect as there’s one lingering but glaring issue and it’s hit my wife and I hard as my wife has communicated critical information with the support team but they’re not listening and it’s effected our bank account in literally a negative way. I need someone to please, reach out to me asap because this can never happen again. Earnin won’t listen to WHEN we get paid and our account is now at 0.00 because of it.

Was super easy to set up, and with the lightning speed feature my earnings were transferred immediately, is an amazing tool for if your living paycheck to paycheck this made things a little bit easier
