I just got banned when trying to cash out my money, at first they said someone else in my house was using earnlab and we used the same internet.. I said that would be hard as I don’t even own Wi-Fi lol

Then they changed it and said it’s because I use a vpn which I also don’t own so couldn’t have even accidentally used one…

I asked them to specify which ip was the vpn so we could look it up together and see I’ve not used a vpn (a google search or any ip I’ve used will show it’s from my mobile data only) they decided to just kick me from the website instead stealing my 100s I’ve earned (66 in balance with a load pending also)

I’ve posted about this on instagram (I do money making videos on YouTube and insta) and it seems lots of people have had issues with this website

Hey there,

After a detailed review of your account activity, our compliance and fraud prevention systems detected a very large number of duplicated task conversions connected to IP/network activity associated with your account. This was not based on a single login or isolated event.

Our logs show repeated duplicated conversion detections across dozens of separate tasks, which is consistent with VPN/proxy usage, shared/farmed traffic, or other activity that violates our platform rules and advertiser requirements. Because of this, your account was permanently restricted and the balance was voided in accordance with our Terms of Service.

Please understand that we cannot disclose all internal detection methods or security data publicly, as doing so would compromise our anti-fraud systems. However, this decision was made based on extensive backend data and not “by mistake.”

We also want to clarify that advertisers pay us only for legitimate and unique conversions. When duplicate or manipulated traffic is detected, those conversions are rejected by our systems and partners, which means we cannot release the associated rewards.

At this point, the case has been fully reviewed and the decision is final.

We wish you all the best going forward.

Best Regards,
The EarnLab Team

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. Getting the run around from them and Torox. 2 months emailing and waiting. Keep saying wait for another 15 30 days or whatever. Honestly bull. Paid for little amounts and checkpoints but the big ones don't pay out. Was supposed to get 116$ never received. And the other game stopped messaging all together which was less than the 116$ so not that big of a deal but still disappointing. Wish I could give 0 stars. Heycash or freecash or anything is better. Never again will I play from here. Both want to say it's the advertiser. Torox is. And it's your site!! Earnlab uses a bot for customer service which is useless. People say message torox. Dumb. Even without torox and the boost it would be 60$ something. Don't waste time here. Also other games you've done this to me and never played. Waste of a month playing and waste of 3 with customer service.

Hey Robert,

We understand that long review times can be frustrating, especially when waiting on higher-value offers. However, after reviewing your case, it appears there may have been some misunderstanding regarding the latest communication from Torox.

The message you received from the provider did not state that the case was denied or ignored, only that the case is still under review with the advertiser and that they will provide an update once more information becomes available.

To clarify the structure here:
- EarnLab acts as the publisher/platform where the offer was completed,
- Torox is the offerwall/provider,
- and the actual advertiser is a separate third party responsible for the final validation and payout approval.

For some larger offers, the advertiser may require extended verification before approving the reward, which unfortunately can increase waiting times. This process is handled externally and is not controlled directly by EarnLab.

We also want to clarify that our support team is handled by real staff members, not bots, and we do our best to assist users and escalate cases whenever possible.

We understand your disappointment and appreciate your patience, but at this time the ticket is still actively under review rather than ignored or closed.

Best regards,

As a long-time veteran of the GPT…

As a long-time veteran of the GPT (Get-Paid-To) industry, I’ve seen almost every trick in the book. I’ve used dozens of platforms over the years, but my experience with Earnlab.com has been uniquely frustrating. Despite their polished interface, the underlying infrastructure and partner choices are some of the worst I have encountered.
The "PrimeEarn" Problem
Earnlab hosts a proprietary or featured offerwall called PrimeEarn, which is frankly a nightmare. After putting in the hours to complete tasks, I was banned for "no reason" mid-process. To make matters worse, they chargebacked the money I had already earned.
The most absurd part? Even after the "pending" period for an offer expires, the wall requires an additional manual confirmation. It feels like a deliberate hurdle designed to prevent users from actually withdrawing their funds.
Technical Integrity vs. Reality
I followed every rule to the letter:
• No VPN/Proxy usage.
• Fresh installs only (I had never played these games/apps before).
• Strict adherence to offer conditions.
Despite playing by the rules, the system treats legitimate users like scammers.
Issues with AdToWall
Another partner on the site, AdToWall, is equally problematic. I had several offers marked as "Completed," yet the funds were held for weeks. After waiting out their excessive holding period, the status was simply flipped, and they refused to pay out entirely.
Final Verdict
I cannot recommend Earnlab.com. When a site allows "Scam Walls" to operate with such lack of transparency—banning users without cause and holding funds indefinitely only to deny them—it loses all credibility.
If you value your time and effort, stay away. There are much more reliable GPT sites out there that actually respect their veterans.

Hey there,

We’re sorry to hear about your experience. However, after reviewing your review, it’s difficult for us to determine the exact issue because several different topics appear to be mixed together, including pending periods, advertiser validation, offer reversals, and account-related concerns.

In the GPT industry, these processes are often handled by multiple parties (offerwalls, advertisers, fraud-prevention systems, and platform-side reviews), and each case can have a different cause. For example, a “Completed” status does not always mean the advertiser has finalized approval, and reversals may occur after additional validation on the advertiser side.

To properly investigate your situation, we kindly ask you to contact our support team directly and provide:
- your EarnLab username/email,
- the specific offer IDs involved,
- screenshots if available,
- and details about the offers you believe were incorrectly reversed or affected.

Without these details, it is very difficult for us to verify what exactly happened or provide a fair explanation publicly.

We are always willing to review cases individually and clarify any misunderstandings or concerns.

Best Regards,
The EarnLab Team

Unfortunately I was banned because the support agent did not like the fact that I responded with the same nasty tone they initiated with.

I would stay clear from this site as loyal users aren’t even safe and will get banned without warnings or explanations.

What you hear about in these other reviews are true. You know EarnLab is paying trustpilot with help at moderation for these reviews. That alone tells you much about how this site operates.

There are much better more reputable sites out there.

Hey there,

We take accusations like these seriously, but we are unable to verify your claims because no account details or support ticket information were provided with this review.

EarnLab does not ban users for disagreeing with support agents or for sending multiple replies to a ticket. Account restrictions are only applied after a review of activity against our Terms of Service and security policies. Legitimate users successfully withdraw from the platform every day.

We also want to clarify that EarnLab does not pay for positive Trustpilot reviews or for moderation of negative feedback. Trustpilot operates independently under its own policies and procedures.

We invited you to provide your account details privately so we can investigate the situation properly. At the moment, without any identifying information, we cannot verify the accuracy of the claims made in this review.

I found an offer paying 40$ if i spent 10$ on the MGM duelbook app. I did everything legit. They made me wait 30 days, and when i went to withdrawal, they locked me out of my account. And i ended up liking the MGM app, made money off of it. The sad thing is the whole point of an offerwall website is to introduce apps and services to potential customers like myself, and everybody makes some money. It worked! I like MGM! But if earnlab was a person, i would woop their ass. Why not be legit? You would make it farther in life. Ive been using POGO for over 6 years, it's a great app, legit, I've had a few issues and they were handled with right away efficiently and I was paid what I was supposed to get paid. I suggest that to anyone. Earnlab is worthless, waste if time, and needs shutdown asap.

Hey Michael,

We reviewed your case thoroughly, and the ban was applied due to violations of our Terms of Service related to multi-accounting and fraudulent activity. Our security system detected linked duplicate accounts and suspicious behavior intended to abuse promotional offers and the reward system.

EarnLab rewards legitimate users every day, but protecting the platform from fraud is necessary to keep offers available for everyone. For this reason, your withdrawal was locked and the account was permanently banned. This decision is final.

We understand frustration when a reward is denied, but we cannot approve payouts for accounts that violate platform rules.

Reward amounts change mid-offer

I’m seeing something on EarnLab that shouldn’t be acceptable anywhere, and the fact that it’s being brushed off makes it worse.

You start an offer at one payout, invest time (and sometimes money), and then the payout drops after you're already in progress with the offer.
And the response from support? Basically: “offerwalls can change payouts whenever they want." If I start an offer at $500, that’s the deal I’m agreeing to. You don’t get to quietly change it halfway through and act like that’s normal. That completely breaks trust and makes the entire platform feel like a gamble instead of something legitimate. This kills any incentive to do higher effort offers because why would anyone sink time into something when the payout isn’t even real? At the very least, this needs to be made crystal clear before someone starts:

* Payouts are not locked
* They can drop at any time
* Your progress doesn’t protect the original reward

Right now, that’s not obvious at all and it should be.

Better yet, just fix the actual issue:

* Lock payouts when an offer is started
* Or compensate users if the payout changes mid-offer

Passing the blame to “offerwalls” doesn’t cut it. You chose to build the platform this way own it.

Until this is fixed, EarnLab isn’t something you can rely on. It’s rolling the dice and hoping the rules don’t change halfway through.

Banned without discretion

My account was banned when i was randomly signed out of it after staying logged in for weeks for having a vpn (Which i didnt). After being signed out, i tried to log back in and was told to turn off my VPN.. I looked around my PC and couldnt find anything that would affect that kind of thing. The 2nd time i tried i was banned for VPN.. I started to look a little deeper and found that the location checker i downloaded to complete the offer that gave me the payout i was waiting for was the problem.. It was a browser ext to verify location for Casaers sportsbook that was the wrong one or set wrong. i def wasnt trying to get one over on them. So banned without discretion and being ghosted by customer service after being a loyal and referring user for over a year without incident.. I dont even see the point in using a vpn for a site like that.. Besides the fact it would more than likely screw up progress tracking which is temperamental most of the time. Im still hoping i'll get some help from them solving this, but not to hopeful after reading about other users experiences with similar issues

"Hello everyone"

"Hello everyone, I’d like to share my story. I have been involved in the GPT world for a long time. My journey started two years ago after an accident left me unable to walk. While I was at home, feeling unproductive and struggling to contribute financially, I discovered these platforms. At first, getting paid to take surveys and play games sounded too good to be true, but I gave it a shot, and the results surprised me.
In a way, these platforms saved me from depression by giving me daily goals to strive for. I’ve seen it all: scams, sites that never pay, or platforms that compromise your data. Despite the highs and lows, I kept going.
A month ago, I found EarnLab. I was initially drawn to its clean interface, but the experience went far beyond that. The withdrawal limit is incredibly low, and they even have a blog where the owners write guides to help users complete tasks. I have never seen that level of transparency elsewhere.
The reason I’m writing this is that I’ve earned over $80 this month. Today, a provider (CPX Research) issued a $1.00 chargeback, but EarnLab messaged me saying they covered it for me. I was truly moved; it’s the first time a platform has protected me this way.
This review comes from the heart. I trust EarnLab 100%. I ask other users to be patient: survey disqualifications or tracking issues are usually the provider's fault. It is also vital to understand that bans are often automatic; the site is forced to maintain high-level security due to the massive number of bots. This is the only way they can prevent losing their capital and ensure they can keep paying real users like us. If you have an issue, reach out to support with patience. Huge thanks to the EarnLab team!"

Earnlab AND AdToWall ( AdtoGame ) Scamming

i've been doing tasks there for a lot of time, it happens that sometimes tasks won't track, but a few days ago ADTOWALL OFFERWALL just decided to REJECT 9 TASKS (+ 3 A FEW DAYS BEFORE ) to me and a lot of people that COMPLETED THAT TASKS READING THE RULES AND EVERYTHING, THEY JUST DECIDED TO SCAM ALMOST 1200 DOLLARS WORTH OF TASKS LIKE THIS.
So i decided to open a ticket on earnlab live chat, to show them what adtowall have done and they just said " we cant do anything about that, just email them ", i literally sent a mail about another thing FOUR MONTHS AGO and im still waiting an answer... do not touch earnlab or adtowall anymore.

Untrustworthy

Used this site for over a year now never any issues, I finished a game about a week ago, only took a few days to do the game, over 60+ hours on this game all my time and effort, the game pays and boom account is under review. I fully understand but at the same time it takes two seconds to verify that I did the game. Be aware people! I was 3rd on the monthly leaderboard and now I get to get nothing from it being I’m unable to do anything. All the time and effort all month long just to get NOTHING! Don’t put effort into games or anything it’s not worth it. You won’t be able to have the money YOU EARNED.

Please no one every go on this site

Please no one every go on this site. The site works but once you start doing the tasks you see how bad it is. I completed a task where i had to deposit on a gambling website. I has to wait over a month to get a response from support and the response was that they couldnt verify me completing the task haha.... I showed all the proof before. Very shady company that just isnt worth spending time on. Support is always an ai reply that will just say you have to wait a bit longer! Also once you do a task the requirements could change and you just wont get your money. Scammers i will report you and take you down.

Hey Matvey,

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand how frustrating this experience must have been.

We’d like to clarify that all tasks on our platform are verified directly by our partners. In this case, the offer was provided by Lootably, and based on their review, the completion could not be verified, which resulted in the rejection of your ticket.

As much as we’d like to assist further, these decisions are made on the partner’s side and are final. We do not have the ability to override or re-evaluate them once a verification has been completed.

We understand this is disappointing, especially when time and effort have been invested. At the same time, this process is necessary to ensure fairness and compliance across all users and offers.

Still havent recieved my second $30…

Still havent recieved my second $30 from earnlabs. Even after supplier of game confirmed thry sent and showed proof by tracking/ IBAN trace that Earnlabs recieved these funds 3 months ago.

Edit. They have just lied on the reply. I have been given an IBAN funds tracking number from the offerwall team. Proving they have sent the funds. I and my bank Natwest personally traced these funds and they were recieved by Earnlabs on February 27th. I still have the proof. earnlabs lie on their trust pilot responses

Edit 2.0 earnlabs have lied again for the 2nd time.

I have recieved one payment but I am still outstanding a 2nd payment of £$29. I have all the proof. Even chat logs with earnlabs confirming they sent one payment but I am still yet to recieve the 2nd. They themselves have admitted it. EARNLABS ARE LYING on TRUSTPILOT. DO NOT TRUST THEIR REPLIES
