Easy to reach target tasks

I like earnstar. When I use PayPal,my money goes on instant.however I did try five dollar cash app and still haven't received the money. I will use PayPal from now on.

Had nothing but trouble with this app. Took a month and endless emails to get my credits for offers completed. Thought I'd give it another shot. Completed the level necessary with 5 hrs to spare, and suprise suprise, no credits, tried to contact support and they said there was nothing they can do as it stopped tracking. No coincidence is was the second last milestone so the reward would have been good. I'm going to report them. Would recommend using a different app that actually doesn't rip you off like freecash or just play.

I joined EarnStar in October 2025 after seeing advertisements promoting opportunities to earn money through surveys and promotional game tasks. Over the following several months, I spent substantial time on the platform completing surveys and working through game milestones, especially for Dice Yatzy. I also successfully completed two prior cashouts, which made me believe the platform was operating fairly and legitimately.

By March 2026, I had accumulated a remaining balance of approximately $199.46. On March 27, 2026, shortly after completing a survey, my account was suddenly and permanently restricted. EarnStar informed me that the restriction was due to “recurring complaints from clients regarding account activity.”

What concerned me most was the complete lack of transparency afterward. Despite multiple written requests, I was never provided with any specific explanation, evidence, or reference to the exact Terms of Use provisions allegedly violated. I was ultimately told that my remaining balance was no longer eligible for withdrawal and that the decision was final.

I understand that survey and rewards platforms need fraud prevention and quality-control systems. However, I believe users should receive reasonable transparency when earned balances accumulated over months of participation are permanently withheld without specific explanation or supporting evidence.

I have preserved documentation of my completed tasks, prior cashouts, balance records, correspondence with support, and the company’s Terms of Use.

BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE, I WOULD STRONGLY CAUTION USERS AGAINST INVESTING SIGNIFICANT TIME INTO THIS PLATFORM WITHOUT UNDERSTANDING THE RISK THAT EARNED BALANCES MAY BE WITHHELD WITHOUT SPECIFIC EXPLANATION.

I love the challenges. Payouts are great, other than the 7 day hold on the larger payouts. I did notice that the closer I got to a new level in payouts, that the Payout amount decreased though. Other than that, no problems so far.

It was okay but it wasn't great it was a little irritating that it didn't track one goal but track the one after it and because of that y'all could only give me the courtesy $10 instead of the $21 for the g so I was out my time at 11 bucks

I had some doubts about how much I'd be able to earn but it exceeded my expectations. The games were fun to play, claiming my rewards was easy & the bonuses for leveling up/earning are pretty generous.

The only thing I didn't like was the amount of time I had to wait for the larger rewards to be claimed. But after a week of waiting, it actually came through!

Takes too long to get paid out. 7 days after completing a task, I finally got it.

My balance quickly added up and it was fast and easy to withdraw. The games are super fun too!

This is one of the few apps that I really enjoy. The rewards hit immediately, and I’ve actually won $3, $10, $2, etc from their prize draw so it’s earning more just by earning more. Plus the occasional booster as well which is really nice. My only complaint is that sometimes the tracking doesn’t work and you’re stuck with a game that won’t track and the timer starts. Other than that, this app pays out *fast* and the rewards are great.

Customer serves continues to give me the run around on earn star payout levels or game Magicabin: Witch's Adventure.. even though I messaged them as soon as i was missing payouts.. I have completed them in the last week between April 28th and current date May 7th. level 20 was completed and awarded jusy last night.. but level 14 , 16 and 18 were not.. but boost level 15 was awarded.. maybe the game or there app was having technical issues but they should give excuses about not having exact dates.. people don't beleave they need to keep dates..
If my issue was to be taken seriously and I was awarded like I should be then I would change my rating to 💯

So I actually like the platform a lot however the wait times for the turbo task doesn’t make sense. I understand the purchase rewards. And also I’ve installed some games but can’t get to the game from the EarnStar app so I worry if I won’t get the credit for my work.
