Purchased a 3D pen, never opened it, contacted earpik they sent a return address, posted it out, they received it on the 5th and I've had no correspondence regarding my refund, they won't email me back and there's no contact number either!
I ordered a W70 ear irrigation gadget from this company midday of 1/6/25 with free 24hr delivery stated. No sign of it yet and it's 4pm on 4/6/25.I've sent several emails asking to be phoned to explain this delay, heard nothing yet!!
This is crap service and unacceptable. No patience now with people not doing their jobs properly, when my money is taken with no probs.
Would obviously not recommend Earpik.co.uk at all, especially as there's no phone number to chase things up.
