Customer Service is outstanding....could not ask for better!! Earth Breeze is the maker of superior laundry sheets that really work! My clothes has never looked better since I have switched to these laundry sheets PLUS they are safe for the environment AND they are very affordable! I highly recommend Earth Breeze to everyone....I am one happy satisfied customer!!

This company is a joke; they sign you up for a subscription that means you would do 120 loads of laundry a month. First off, that would be 4 loads a day. Second, by the time you get to the second pack, the sheets are melted together to the cardboard envelopes. Third, I ordered it because it said made in the USA, and that is not true. Fourth, it caused my skin to break out. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I would give zero stars if I could.

I received a prompt and courteous response from Jervin at the company. He also sent me a link where I could order without signing up for a subscription service. He even responded to my reply! I appreciate that Earth Breeze is made in the USA and doesn't include harsh chemicals. I want to convert from liquid laundry detergent to sheets, and I love this company, their philosophy, American manufacturing, formula and customer service.

This review is totally unsolicited. I had set up two subscriptions but only wanted one. So, I emailed them on their website. They got back to me quickly. Even sent a follow up email a few days later when I had not responded. They got me back to one subscription and adjusted it just the way I wanted. This is EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Thank you, EarthBreeze! Oh, and BTW, the laundry sheets are pretty darn awesome. <3 <3 <3

First and foremost, it cleaned my clothes, towels, and bedsheets, and left them smelling great. They also take up very little space in my apartment. Customer Service (Jess) was also fast and friendly, and answered my question right away.

First to start, I'd like to let you know if you ever have a problem. Earth breeze goes above and beyond to be kind and helpful, especially Jess. I've never met a more kind-hearted and dedicated employee. I made a mistake and just went above and beyond to help me. My husband and I absolutely love everything about Earth breeze, the products of the model, the kindness of the employees, and the way they help the community

Jess has been very helpful and responsive. I didn’t realize I had selected a subscription when I placed my first order, so when the next order was communicated as being ready to ship I was surprised. I wrote in to cancel my subscription as I hadn’t yet finished up my old detergent to try the new earth breeze sheets. Jess was quick to respond, very friendly and understanding, and resolved the issue immediately. The personal nature in which she handled this makes me want to love these detergent sheets and continue to do business with a company that has people like Jess creating this type of culture and humanity to their business approach. I had a delivery issue because of an incorrect street number, and when I emailed Earthbreeze about how to handle it, they answered immediately, with friendly and helpful personal customer service, and instantly sent out the new order. It is so rare to find hassle-free customer service, let alone extremely fast and efficient help. The person emailing me was kind and friendly, and was not a bot! We had a personal interaction that made my day. I really appreciate small companies that have responsive and friendly customer service.

EarthBreeze customer service has been AMAZING! I have been purchasing with the company for about 3 years. I somehow placed an order and it got put on Autoship every 30 days...Thy kindly helped resolve the issue. I love the laundry sheets. I can not tell you how impressed I am with the customer service at Earthbreeze! When my last order arrived, the soap sheets looked different-they were shiney on one side and I was concerned. I contacted Earthbreeze. They texted me back within less than an hour! I was able to send pictures and the lot number. They assured me they would check into the issue and offered to either replace or refund. I am able to use the sheets and they still work well. The timely service and true concern was a breath of fresh ai, as I don’t feel many companies care about their product or customers the wat Earthbreeze communicated to me. Thank you for your quick, honest response.
I love the way Earthbreeze cleans my clothes without having to pay and lug all the water in a jug of detergent. I have been using Earthbreeze for about 2 years now. It works great in cleaning all my clothes, sheets and towels. I don’t have all the suds and additives, just clean clothes. Not to mention that this company helps in disasters and other donation programs. Win! Win!

I am a recurring customer for approximately a year+ and find the product to be exactly as advertised. It is easy to use and works well on cleaning our clothes. I also much prefer the usage versus large plastic containers that impact our environment, Thank you EarthBreeze. I also like that they always seem to try to improve and offer seasonal changes.

My experience with customer service was fabulous, especially with Jess & Mark, over a period of time
I had an issue with my account updating my subscriptions and setting up PayPal.
There was several emails to & from customer service [ Customer Delight Specialist ] and the quick reply with emails. I was unsure how to fix the mess. I was assured, that everything could be taken care of, when I decided what I wanted they were there to help.

We have used Earthbreeze laundry sheets for a year now and they are the best laundry detergent we have ever used. Their product is amazing, the Earth Breeze Eco Sheets are above and beyond what l expected and have recommended to a lot of friends.

I’ve been using this product for over two years now I tried a few of the others did not compare to them Earth breeze has a very nice scent not overpowering one sheet gets our clothes clean and my husband‘s an electrician. He comes home some days pretty nasty looking. I think I’ve only used two sheets once and that was because he had grease on him I did pre-treat it, but I only used two sheets and it was all gone. The storage is amazing. It doesn’t even take up a hole shelf over my washing machine even my husband likes them cause he just has to pick one up and throw it in. I’m so thankful that we have them in their customer service particularly Ellen. We have been corresponding back-and-forth for a few times now very willing to help gets back to me quickly and I would like to see her get some kind of a reward because she has been so kind and understanding and patient with me.
