Friendly and polite stuff, never heard of earth board band before was a bit wary, but 3months in haven't had an isses so far, quick and reliable board band speed regardless the time of day.

I'm happy with the customer service and company. However, it has taken 6 weeks so far and I am still without internet due to Openreach needing to install fibre, and now it will take another 10 days to install the ONT. This has been very frustrating and taken far too long

I just signed up with this company - haven't yet received a service. I thought the sign-up service was a bit convoluted - I needed to give previous addresses for the last 3 years, and had to repeat this when I visited the website later. Also I could only see crucial details (such as cancellation period) after putting in my email address and phone number and agreeing to be contacted.

Really poor communication. Gave the 30 day notice required to not continue my contract, never received a response. Then 1 month later, receive a bill for the next 30 days.
*UPDATE*
Received a response from Darren a couple of days after I had raised the issue. He promptly cancelled the direct debit payment that had been requested and the invoice for a future payment, resolving the issue completely. He has also arranged for collection of the router equipment with no cost to myself, so overall, happy with how the situation was handled in the end.

Never heard of them yet trying to charge for broadband. This has been going on too long. Had it last year and started again this year. They have set up direct debit repeatedly for a service I have never had. Then today sends this email.

This is the second year running that it has happened. I have never heard of them and never had any services from them. I wrote a previous review which has been removed so I'll try again with this one. (There was a link included but I had to remove it for the purpose of this review). Please note that I have already had bailiffs knocking my door for the last time that they done this. So far this has not been resolved and still ongoing. No one has contacted me and I have sent numerous emails as it's the only way to contact them with no sign of any resolution.
Bunch of total scammers.

I love that the company supports the Earth, the vision is really good and they have amazing customer service, their speeds are incredible and hasn't ever dropped out, my network is always stable and they were quick to respond when I needed to move, they helped me set up my connection at my new house and I work from home so having network is important, and they moved it to my new address without a hitch, I would recommend Earth if you love our planet and want fast speeds ! Well done !

I've been with Earth Broadband for over 2 years, excellent customer service and I've never had a problem with speeds or my network, always been stable and I love the fact that the mission to heal the Earth is known , a lovely company and worthy of support as they support the world we live in ! All charges going on customer. Connection fee, disconnection fee, any problem fee. They don't have any cable or anything anywhere, normally using openreach cables. Any time anything happens you going to pay for openreach as they just pass to problem on them. Middleman with fees on customers.
