I ordered the women’s grounding loafers in size 7. They sent me 8’s which are too big. I tried steaming them to shrink them but no luck. When I reached out to them they gave me $20.00 back in a pair of $184.00 shoes!! But first I had to send them multiple pictures. To me that refund was an insult!! No mention of returning them.

Great products, would def recommend if you want to feel more aligned with yourself!

I have four pairs and rotate wearing them!
My favorite are the sandals and the traditional slip-on’s. My eyes are set on the boots for winter. My feet and legs never hurt even after standing while reffing volleyball games on long days.

My left foot has stroke damage causing a flat arch which lengthens my foot when standing. (I should have ordered a half size larger?) Perhaps, but cool thing about these shoes is that being made of all leather a shoe stretcher has helped fix them just enough! I love the many styles available!

I ordered the very expensive shoes and they were sizes too large.. I have email 3 times , called 3 times left messages.. no answer

I love the shoes I bought so much I am buying a pair for my husband. It feels like home. Walking barefoot with protection. I must have been an Indian in another life… they are like moccasins!

The customer service team was incredibly helpful in confirming my size, which was confusing due to the non-US sizing. They answered all my questions completely and with care. I was initially drawn to the product because of its all-natural materials, which are hard to find. I will update this review once I've had a chance to use the new shoes.

My penny loafers are amazing but it’s nothing you can pinpoint. You simply feel better. It will take a week or so for your feet to adjust to walking using different muscles but once you do its magic. You’ll start to crave earthing and notice the difference in your overall sense of wellbeing when you wear earthing shoes versus rubber soles shoes. Give it a few weeks and then you’ll realize the tremendous impact.

BEST fitting and well-made shoe I've ever seen, felt, worn! My flat, wide feet are so happy AND the appearance is perfect for business casual - male and female! LOVELY PRODUCT! I will continue buying these shoes!

I did have to re-order because the shoes I'd originally ordered were too small, since I want to wear them with socks for winter walking. But the team was very courteous about exchanging. I love how these shoes look, I love the smell of the leather, and I love how they fit. The craftsmanship is just beautiful. I look forward to taking lots of long walks, soaking in that good earth energy. Thank you for an extraordinary product.

Earthing Harmony makes quality products and provides excellent customer service if anything is needed. Their grounding shoes have brought back healthy alignment back to my feet, which has improved my body alignment and posture and restored the half an inch of height I lost 15 years ago. I was told that due to aging my spine was compressing and that’s why I was getting shorter, but it turns out that was not the case. I have bought several pairs of grounding shoes and stopped wearing any other shoes. Wearing grounding, shoes and sleeping on grounding sheets has improved my sleep and overall energy levels.

Shoes I ordered were too big, sent exchange for smaller size, then had to exchange again for smaller size. Customer service was excellent each time. They were prompt with replies and exchanges. Very patient with me and satisfied my need. I love the shoes, very comfortable and very satisfied with purchase. Excellent customer service and excellent product

Poor customer service. I ordered a pair of shoes from this site. I wear a 6 1/2 M width shoe. They don't have half sizes and I'd normally size up if a 1/2 size isn't available. But their site said to get a snug fit, so I ordered a size 6. No width is mentioned so I thought it would default to a Medium. The shoes are boats. They were too long and so wide I couldn't keep them on my feet. I called their Customer Service line. No human answers this phone, period. So I sent an email. The Rep. explained their sizing - why wasn't this explanation on their website? She told me I could exchange them and they would pay for the return shipping, but if I wanted to return them, I had to pay for shipping. I pointed out that since they did not explain their sizing properly, I had no way of ordering the proper size. Apparently they don't care. I have to pay to return these useless shoes. I also had to photograph them! They want to know the shoes aren't damaged. I will never order from this company again. On top of the size issue, these shoes have no soles. You can feel the floor as if you were wearing soleless moccassins. This company is out to cheat its customers.

At first it was rough, largely of my own making. When I measured my feet, I took it a bit to literally and gave no room for movement of my feet. Yeah, duh. They fixed my oops. The replacements are great and comfortable!

Not only are the shoes good quality, the Costomer Service is Excellent. I ordered the wrong size shoe. When they arrived I emailed the company. They responded within 24 hours with instructions on how to return. I did as they required. About 3 weeks later, no response so I emailed them with the tracking number. Within 24 hours they reimbursed my money because they had received the shoes 2 days after I returned them. I would do business with this company again.

I was pleasantly surprised that the bed grounding mat works as well or better than the grounding bottom sheet. And, as a bonus, my husband likes it better than the sheet that tended to “pill.”

The difference I experience after just a few "earthing" walks is palpable!
I'm also very impressed with the quality and craftsmanship of these beautiful shoes!
The first pair I ordered were too big. I contacted the company by email and got a prompt response. Their customer service and support for the exchange process was outstanding!
I'll be ordering another style, as well as a pair for my guy. Worth every penny!

These slip on's are well made and very comfortable and knowing that I am staying connected to the earth is the purpose. I wear them everyday outside while doing my chores and feel very confident wearing them on uneven ground. I do believe I will be purchasing the lace up boot in the near future.
