We've used Earth on several occasions have been pleased each time.
This trip we didn't give them much notice but it didn't stop them from making our night special with prompt and courteous service.

Sylvia was terrific helping with the reservation. Our driver, Brandon, was great! Overall, simple, straightforward, affordable, clean, on time...absolutely spot on.

This is the third time we have used Earth Limos from the airport to the hotel. One day we just decided we deserved to pamper ourselves, and to avoid hassles and delays by using cabs, shuttles, etc. Earth Limos drivers have been punctual, courteous, and efficient. We will use no other service!!

I contacted Earthlimos to organise a surprise for my friends who would be celebrating her birthday in Las Vegas. From the start, I found their website very informative and was contacted by an agent, Gabriel, who was super and helped me with all my questions and queries (and I had lots). The next day, when I rang, I was speaking to Patron who confirmed my booking and talked me through it all as I wouldn't be there myself. My friend loved it; the chauffeur was friendly, organised, met her on time and she felt very special. Not only would I recommend them but will use them for our next trip to Vegas.

Good experience it would be great if limousine showed up on time not 20 minutes later than schedule

The reservation and organization process for this trip was fantastic. Team is hard working and aim to please. Cynthia is terrific. Bus is beautiful, very clean, modern and has the expected amenities. Driver was on-time, professional and accommodating during trip. They offer and supplies pick up option which was very convenient for us traveling from out of town - our order was very large and they were still happy to pick up and deliver for us.

It was a thrilling experience our trip to Mt. Charleston with you. It was a dream come true and we would like to thank Bryan and Cynthia for making it possible.
Las Vegas was great, but Mt. Charleston will have a special place in our memories. Seen the face of my daughter and nephew when they touched the snow for the very first time in their lives was amazing and unpayable.

The driver was super accommodating to our needs and gave us a great experience

Our driver was awesome! I the bride didn't make it easy for him since I had to make numerous pit stops along the way but he was super cool and super accommodating and understanding😃 I will recommend this company to any and all my friends that are waiting to have a blast in Vegas it was so well worth it thank you!

The rep handling our reservation was very hard to get ahold of and had to reach out to other people in order to get a response making the planning process very hard.

Everything about this experience was fantastic. The women in the office were great about helping us book and even were able to accommodate our request for the pole to be removed (we had 6 and 7 year old girls on board). They were very flexible and able to change our time request 5 days before our day when an unexpected change in schedule came up on our part. The driver was on time and gave us suggestions on what the girls would love to see. He allowed them to be loud, excited little girls and gave them an experience to remember.

Even after requesting a specific driver 24 hours prior to our reservation, Your company decided not to give reservation to our driver of prereference and passed it to someone else. This happened only 45 minutes before our pick up time We made the decision at that point to cancel the pick up because we were trying to get a certain driver Mario morales. That is the reason we came to that limo service. I've use this driver for over five years and my wife and I were very disappointed. Made receptionist aware of this at time of booking reservation. She confirmed we would have him. I told them we would cancel if they didn't give him the reservation. This happens 2 months earlier in the same way. Wow!! Bad service.
Later we were informed that our driver was fired. That is almost reason for a law suite against your co. Does your HR dept know of your business practices and the way good employees are treated? Did they know that kick back decide opportunity?

the trip was awesome, the driver express gratitude , he was on time and patient. the over all experience get a 10. My sister enjoyed herself.

We used Earth Limos for our cousin's 21st birthday, and it was a great experience! Jamie, our limo driver, was waiting at the baggage carousel with a happy 21st birthday sign for our cousin. He then proceeded to guide us to an awesome hummer limo for our party of 12! There were two bottles of champagne with glasses, and Jamie even played us some birthday hip hop music! We requested Jamie to take us down the strip so the birthday girl would have a scenic nighttime view of the Strip before we got to our hotel - and Jamie was glad to do this instead of taking the back road! When we got out of the limo to our hotel, Jamie even had all of us sing happy birthday to the birthday girl before we got out of the limo. He really made the start of her birthday week so special and memorable, and we highly recommend Earth Limos to anyone looking for a true Vegas experience!!
