Easy to register and awesome service from the airport to the hotel

Always on time and always professional!

Pick up at our home for our departure flight was perfect. Return was ok but we had a little delay in the driver finding us. He didn't have a board so we could easily identify him from anyone else. Also I would recommend the driver not play the radio with his favorite tunes unless the client asks for it. I didn't complain as I was tired and he did get us to our house quickly. I will use Earth Limo again though as it is an economical and pretty hassle free way to and from the airport if you are planning an extended stay away from home.

We were very satisfied with this company, we had several pickups at the airport as well as returns to the airport. The driver was on time for every pickup and the drivers were all very courteous. Would use them again.

On a recent trip to Vegas we had a number of people arriving at different times and coming and going to different events in town. I sent one long email with all of the details to Earth Limos and everything was taken care of with no hassle. Walking off the plane and straight into a limo definitely started the trip perfectly.

The only hiccup preventing five stars occurred on a return trip to the NFR event at Thomas & Mack. Knowing from past events that the taxi service is overwhelmed we arranged for Earth Limo to drop us off and pick us up afterwards. While we did get there in time for the event and eventually found the driver afterwards it wasn't as seamless as I had hoped. To be fair traffic was a zoo around the venue and everyone seemed to be struggling to drop off and pickup passengers. I don't think the service would have been any better with any other company. It is a real problem with the venue organizers.

Our driver arrived prior to our arranged pick up which was quite early. He was very kind and the ride comfortable and pleasant. We will use them again.

The service was excellent on all six of our transfers in Las Vegas. The drivers were very helpful and polite, and the vehicles were spotless and beautiful.

After much negotiating, Earth was able to accommodate my request and when the original vehicle was not available, they called me well in advance to notify me.

I would definitely use them again and share with other to use their services as well.

We booked the 35 party bus for our wedding group for 1,5 h with a stop at the Vegas sign. The driver was very cooperativ and friendly. We could bring our own drinks and music and had a really great time! Although I don't know how they would seat 35 passengers (we were 28 and it was not enough space to sit but who cares, it's a party bus!) I would definitely recommend this party bus!

The only problem we had was that we were not picked up in the same location at the hotel as we were dropped off. But a quick message to the driver solved the problem.

Our car and Drivers were on time and extremely helpful. My son is physically handicapped. He was helped into the car and treated with kindness and dignity. My elderly father was also assisted. The drivers talked with Dad the whole way and made him feel very special. We were going to my son's graduation. Our first driver helped Mikey and his nurse get him out of the car and into the wheelchair. He even helped us with Mikey's robe and cap. From the first phone call to the last ride they were very professional, caring and patient. Also the service is remarkably affordable. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

We ordered this for once in lifetime moment to celebrate Graduation. Now of the lights worked in the Hummer! The driver had to be asked more than 5 times to get out and fix the interior lights when he finally did he blamed our party, then took them without telling them behind the Mandalay Bay, spent an hour, didn't fix. Ended this ride about a half hour because it was pitch black. They offered some refund but Lou who claims he is the only person authorized to refine was real rude is it made the resolve ineffective. Everyone else I dealt with were excellent but he was a giant jerk who basically told me to shut up and let him talk or I wouldn't get a refund. He was argumentative, refunded hall ride and gratuity, but to be fair the time was short by over an hour and it was pitch black, he answered this by saying yes but you got a ride and they offered free time on day of service, really, it was dark inside you couldn't see anything! Too Bad it started out great, but the product was epic fail!

Despite my telling dispatcher that we needed a large vehicle to handle 8 people with 12pcs of luggage we never got a limo large enough to make ride comfortable. The drivers were pleasant and service prompt but the ride was torture crammed into limo's with luggage on seats as well as laps. Should offer larger vehicles to handle big groups traveling together.

The one thing that we did not like was that the partition cannot be rolled up - it was our wedding night and not very romantic talking to the driver. Otherwise, great.

I used Google and Yelp to research companies that offered private party buses literally 5 days before the bachelorette event I was helping to plan. I'm pretty consumer savy and knew it was important to get the best deal, but get exactly what the bride to be would want if she knew what was going on.Earth Limos made this extremely easy! The price was unbeatable and they had no trouble communicating throughout the entire process via email correspondence. They didn't even have a bus available for the time we wanted, but used an affiliate to accommodate us. The pictures they provided of the affiliate bus were dead on.The party bus was new, clean and just what we, the bridal party expected, despite the amazing deal. Let's take a moment to imagine the Brides surprise right here though (hehe).The driver was professional, accommodating and prepared to make the stops we asked for last minute *The day of the tour*. Earth Limos even provided complimentary water and ice. Perfect as our bride is not a drinker and no one wants to get 'turnt up' alone. So as sober girls celebrating new Las Vegas style we are absolutely appreciative to Earth Limos for our 5 star experience. We would not only use them again, but recommend them to anyone!

We chartered the 55 passenger bus for a corporate event, and everything was perfect. Easy to book and pay, no worries!

I booked a tour thru Jenna for my family. She did a wonderful job setting everything up, including having Dustin as their driver.
My family had a terrific time, and raved about Dustin.
The service, follow up, and overall experience couldn't have been better.
